GGuest UserLocation was great, we found ourselves walking everywhere from the hotel for every meal as the proximity to everything was so close. The room was very nice and bathroom had 2 types of shower heads, one that’s able to be handheld. If we ever travel back to Banff again I would stay here again.

The room itself was quite clean except that as soon as we entered, there were flies including fruit flies… Other than that, the room was big and warm. It had a keep safe too.
The washroom was quite small, it was hard to close the door but it worked out.

I like neat things, so I reviewed this place before choosing one, and there were many reviews that this low-grade hotel is old and old. However, the view of the hottop was wonderful, and I was very satisfied with the hotel. They constantly provided firewood for the fireplace, and even the staff were all wonderful. I called early check-ins, but the kind staff allowed me to enjoy this hotel a lot quicker! Hotel with lots of favor! Of course, if you want a nice new hotel these days, everyone except us will feel like they are old, but we wanted this country style! The microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and fireplace were the best enough here! So I enjoyed the great service until I left the room. Ed ex

GGuest UserI was a little worried because it was a motel, but it was very clean and comfortable.
The room was warm and suited Banff, and the bathroom was clean. I usually bring my own shampoo, but I tried this one, which seems to be a Rocky Mountain brand, and was surprised how well it worked on my hair!
There were plenty of cups, but no cutlery, so people who eat in their rooms will need to bring their own.

YyspppppppThe facilities in the room are relatively ordinary and a bit old, but the scenery outside the window is very good. You can see the snowy mountains and robes will appear from time to time outside the balcony👍. The service is also very good. The guy at the front desk will help take the luggage to the room.

SSajjadIt is at at a nice location, very friendly staff and great service. Everything was accessible from there and the bus stop was right next to it. The hotel gave us buss passes free of charge for all day travel however since we had the car we didnt use it.
I took a lodge and it was very nice, it was the last one on the property and pretty quiet yet very accessible.
I didnt use any amenities so i dont know however everything seems pretty solid.

DDave van KampenWe were happy with this place. It seems dated but in nice repair (much like our home and ourselves). We wanted it mostly for the fireplace but the room had more than that with a full kitchen and full size appliances. If we ever wanted to be in Banff and make substantial home cooked food, this would be ideal. The bed was great and the staff very kind and friendly. It is in a natural mountain area just five minutes by car from downtown Banff. We had a balcony looking at a Mountain view and deer in the yard in front of the unit. There is bus service into town and free tickets offered by the resort. There is a water slide and an indoor and outdoor hot tub which is nice but not really a breathtaking setting. If you enjoy corn mazes this building has a lot of routing in it that takes a while to learn. We joked with other guests about that. All in all, pretty okay. We would book here again.

GGuest UserIt was a 3rd floor room with two double beds, and the ceiling was high and the room was spacious, so it was comfortable! I chose it because I wanted to see Banff Town, and it was convenient because I could walk to the center of Banff Town in about 10 minutes! Also, the staff were very friendly, and there was parking, so I think I would choose it again if I stayed in Banff Town.

GGuest UserThe location was right at Banff Ave. Hotel has free parking, so I can explore downtown without any concerns. The room is sufficient. And the staff were just so sweet to celebrate our honeymoon with us. We are thankful for that. Highly recommend.
