GGuest UserThis hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and the smell of the construction work was noticeable coming through the central air conditioning. The washing machine was incredibly dirty and coin-operated. Despite this, I really needed to do some laundry during my trip, so I spent a long time scrubbing both the washing machine and dryer. It was clear these machines had never been properly cleaned, and the amount of grime I wiped off was truly disgusting.

GGuest UserExcellent location in Banff! Near stores and restaurants with awesome views around. Very friendly staff too.
The room itself was quite clean except that as soon as we entered, there were flies including fruit flies… Other than that, the room was big and warm. It had a keep safe too.
The washroom was quite small, it was hard to close the door but it worked out.

GGuest UserA beautiful and super convenient place to stay if you want to be close to Banff Town. We really enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool, hot tub, and dry sauna - it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring.
The family suite came with a lot of great perks: having our own kitchenette made it easy to cook meals and having two bathrooms was a big plus for four people- it made the say much more comfortable.
The only suggestion I'd make is to give the stove's ventilation hood a deep clean - it looked like it could use a bit of attention.
Other than that, I'd definitely recommend this place to others. Great value and a great stay!

GGuest UserI was a little worried because it was a motel, but it was very clean and comfortable.
The room was warm and suited Banff, and the bathroom was clean. I usually bring my own shampoo, but I tried this one, which seems to be a Rocky Mountain brand, and was surprised how well it worked on my hair!
There were plenty of cups, but no cutlery, so people who eat in their rooms will need to bring their own.

SSajjadIt is at at a nice location, very friendly staff and great service. Everything was accessible from there and the bus stop was right next to it. The hotel gave us buss passes free of charge for all day travel however since we had the car we didnt use it.
I took a lodge and it was very nice, it was the last one on the property and pretty quiet yet very accessible.
I didnt use any amenities so i dont know however everything seems pretty solid.

When I got there I realized it was only a 5-minute drive.
Instead of walking for five minutes.
The room was very old and smelled of burning wood as soon as you entered.
Very uncomfortable.
There were bugs in the room.
The bed is hard and the sofa bed is uneven
The pool water was dirty.
The outdoor facilities were nice and clean.

LLyssaGThis hotel is an excellent value for the location and price. Staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable, amenities are as described. You need to check in next door, but this isn’t inconvenient.
The hotel allows you to use the free underground parking until 4pm on day of checkout, which is excellent. I’ve stayed here before and will be returning.

日日日旅行The big bed is enough for two people to sleep. If there is anything that needs the staff to bring it up, it is very fast and deal with things immediately. The location is at the end of Banff Avenue. It takes ten minutes to walk to the 8X bus stop (central area), which is convenient, but the price is much cheaper and it is highly recommended. The only thing is that there is no hot water, and there is no water to provide. You have to buy water yourself and go to the supermarket for ten minutes. There is a microwave oven and a hairdryer.

GGuest UserThe location was right at Banff Ave. Hotel has free parking, so I can explore downtown without any concerns. The room is sufficient. And the staff were just so sweet to celebrate our honeymoon with us. We are thankful for that. Highly recommend.
