"They need assigned parking, otherwise you might end up having to park aways a way from your room. Also the walk way to our unit and stairway was all covered with snow and ice. It would’ve been nice if it was all cleaned before we got there. We had to ask the front desk three times before anything was done. Also we wanted to go into the hot tubs, but we were unable to. Due to there was way too much many people that were in there at the time. So we left for a couple hours and came back, thought ok let’s try again (hot tub). Once again unable to cause it was still packed with the same people. Other than that, everything was pretty good."

"This hotel had an amazing location, so close to the town of Banff, making it super easy to get around everywhere! We arrived early, but they were kind enough to let us check in ahead of schedule and get into our room, which was a huge plus. The room itself was spacious and very clean, which I was happy with. It also had a shower room with a bathtub. In the hotel lobby, there was a free drink dispenser, which was a nice touch. While there wasn't a restaurant inside this hotel, we were able to enjoy a breakfast buffet at the hotel right across the street! Plus, there are tons of other places to eat nearby, so we really didn't have any issues at all."
