"We had a great stay at Otter Hotel . It’s a 20 mins walk to Banff Town or get a complimentary Roam bus card during the stay from the hotel reception.  We had 2 dinners & breakfast daily at the Hotel only restaurant - Good Folk.  Food is amazing , the serving staff are friendly & knowledgeable.  Love the hot tubs on the first floor overlooking the Rockies …  Will definitely return if visit Banff again .."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Fox Hotel and Suites. The room was wonderful, very clean, and perfectly equipped for a cozy mountain getaway. The views from the property were absolutely beautiful—surrounded by the stunning scenery of Banff. What made our stay even better was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is unique and charming. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Banff, and we will definitely return! 5/5 stars!"

"The room is spacious for 4 of us, very clean and modern. The lodge is very close to the downtown, we enjoyed walking everyday to explore the city center. The indoor pool is always busy, and our room location is very far from the pool so we didn’t try the pool, but I was happy enough to have a hot tub every night in our room after the activities. The view from our room is also beautiful especially when it snows. The lodge has a spa, a hair salon, an a ski shop. I checked the price of the gloves at their shop is very reasonable. The parking garage is very convenient (although we have to pay for it). The breakfast is good with reasonable price for kids. Some front desk staffs (one Filipino lady and one local) were not friendly but most of the staffs were nice and helpful. Easy check in and check out, they provided pre-check in via whatsapp and always checked us if we need anything."

The views from the resort are stunning. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and seeing the Rockies right outside my window was unforgettable. On-site amenities like the hot tub and pool added to the experience, especially after long hikes. What stood out most was the balance between comfort and nature. It felt like having a private cabin in the mountains but with all the convenience of a resort. I’d highly recommend Tunnel Mountain Resort for couples, families, or anyone wanting a true Banff escape. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and breathtaking scenery—I’m already looking forward to coming back!"
