This stay truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give a big shout-out to the hotel's thoughtful butler, Yona! Even before check-in, Yona proactively reached out via WeChat to confirm our needs and provide helpful reminders, making the entire communication process smooth and hassle-free. We originally requested a room with a good view, but the first room assigned didn't quite meet my expectations. As soon as the butler learned of this, she immediately and proactively arranged a room change for us, securing a room with an excellent view that made our evening sightseeing experience absolutely perfect. What's more, upon learning that my daughter traveling with me was a high school exam candidate, the hotel specially arranged some thoughtful decorations, a genuinely touching gesture. From the initial communication and timely room change to the exclusive, heartwarming surprise, the service was meticulous and warm, with absolutely no perfunctoriness throughout. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. I'd also like to extend a special thank you to Edric for his service; his patience in explaining room types and resolving issues was exceptional. I will choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai, and I look forward to seeing you (Yona & Edric) again!
