The room and service were both excellent. Colin checked me in, and he was incredibly nice and thoughtful. The hotel's overall design and ambiance are very tasteful; from the moment you step into the lobby or your room, you feel comfortable. I had read some mixed reviews online before coming, so I only booked one night to be safe, but this single day's experience has made this hotel my new favorite in Shanghai. I'll definitely be back next time! A big thumbs up to all the staff for their incredibly attentive service and care from the moment I stepped out of the car, in every aspect. Overall, it gets a solid 👍.
