The hotel offers complimentary shuttle services to and from Disneyland in the mornings and evenings. They even provide cookies and milk on the shuttle, and noodles and wontons for a late-night snack upon return. During the day, they also offer free shuttle service to the nearest subway station. The breakfast buffet is incredibly lavish. The beds at the hotel are also very comfortable. My friend introduced me to this hotel last time, and I chose to stay here again for my current Disneyland trip. If you stay for multiple days, the hotel can even assist with laundry services, which is super convenient. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and spacious, with excellent soundproofing, making for a very comfortable stay. There are plenty of food delivery options nearby and many restaurants to choose from, plus getting around is easy. My stay at the Holiday Inn Shanghai Greenland was absolutely fantastic, definitely a five-star experience! First off, the location is excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the spacious and bright environment and the warm service. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and they even upgraded my room, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with plenty of hot water, which was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. I especially want to commend the breakfast; the variety was impressive, with both Chinese and Western options. The freshly cooked noodles and mini wontons were absolutely delicious and a great way to start the day. The cantilevered infinity pool on the 24th floor is nearly 100 meters high, extending beyond the main building. With large transparent glass panels on the bottom and sides, you can look directly down at the traffic and Kangqiao streetscape while swimming, feeling like you're flying in the air. It's a truly exhilarating experience for the brave!

I came to Shanghai to visit a friend, and as two girls, we were most afraid of choosing a 'catfishing' Airbnb, but this one truly surprised me. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was: it's spacious! The floor-to-ceiling windows let all the sunlight in, making the entire living room bright and airy. We spread our suitcases on the floor to pack and unpack, and there was still plenty of room to walk around, no need to squeeze past each other. The sofa was wide enough that we could sprawl out on it, eating takeout and binge-watching shows for an entire afternoon. What I liked most was the excellent attention to safety details. The windows had safety locks, so they couldn't be opened too wide; the cabinet doors all had soft-close hinges, so they closed gently without slamming. My friend said I was 'overthinking things,' but when you're staying alone somewhere, these details really add a lot of value. The kitchen, though small, had everything: microwave, induction cooker, pots, pans, and tableware. One evening, we bought frozen dumplings from the downstairs supermarket and cooked them, and my friend even fried two eggs. We sat at the dining table, eating and chatting, which was even more comfortable than eating out at a restaurant. The washing machine with a dryer was an absolute lifesaver. One afternoon, it suddenly rained, and we got two jackets soaked. We threw them in to wash and dry, and they were ready to wear out again that evening. No need to bring a pile of extra clothes; my suitcase felt half as light. At night, we dimmed the lights, turned on the projector, and snuggled on the sofa to watch a movie. With the curtains drawn, it felt like a mini-cinema. The subway station is right downstairs, it's a ten-minute bike ride to the Bund, and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is within walking distance. The location is simply unbeatable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shanghai.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. Right across the street, you'll find Xiao Shanghai Pedestrian Street, and Wanda Plaza is just 500 meters behind, making it a fantastic spot for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The room was quite spacious, and the facilities were clean. The staff were friendly, proactive, and welcoming. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and they even provide bed rails for families traveling with children. The twin beds can be pushed together and are very comfortable, which is great for families with kids. Upon arrival, we received welcome fruits, and not just the usual apples and oranges, but cherries, yellow tomatoes, and grapes. It shows the hotel puts a lot of thought into their service. The only downside was that during our two-night stay, the water pressure in the bathroom was very low (it was great on the 5th floor where I stayed previously, but this time I was on the 7th floor). I informed the front desk before heading out during the day, but the water pressure didn't improve. When I showered again in the evening, it was still an issue, and it wasn't convenient to go back to the front desk for maintenance at that point. I hope the hotel thoroughly checks the water pressure on the higher floors. Overall, I'm still very satisfied, especially since we were going to Disneyland. The subway station is just a block away, and the hotel's underground parking lot was spacious with fast-charging stations, which was incredibly convenient!

The front desk attendant was incredibly sweet and helpful – she even assisted me with putting on my colored contact lenses! The service was truly amazing.

The hotel lobby is bright, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the facilities are complete with food delivery robots and robots.
