A great stay! The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway station and shopping mall. It's also near Huashan Hospital, making transportation very convenient. The free parking was a huge plus, saving us a lot of hassle. The room was well-appointed and warm, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The complimentary self-service laundry, free late-night porridge, and free coffee and tea were all very thoughtful amenities. The tea service was also a lovely and attentive touch.

Although this hotel has been open for many years and is an older establishment, its lobby is grand and retro, offering glimpses of its past luxurious glory. The overall maintenance is excellent, giving it a very high-quality feel. This time, I brought my family to stay, and the front desk staff were thoughtful, arranging the room type appropriately, and providing gentle and attentive service throughout our stay. My family felt comfortable and relaxed, and the overall experience was fantastic. We will definitely choose this place again next time we visit Shanghai! The location is really excellent [strong].

I had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai. The location is very convenient with a nice view, and an easy access to the subway, which made getting around the city simple and stress-free. I had a special request during my stay, and although it wasn’t something the hotel could provide directly, they kindly helped me arrange a trusted third party to assist me. Their support and effort made a big difference and showed a high level of care for their guests. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again whenever I’m back in Shanghai.

Attending an exhibition in Shanghai, the hotel was not far from the venue, a taxi ride taking less than 10 minutes. The room was clean and tidy, and the hygiene conditions were excellent. The staff were very welcoming.

The overall experience at EKA Hotel Treasure Shanghai Jinqiao exceeded my expectations. The room facilities felt high-quality, and the spacious and comfortable bathtub was a definite plus. The front desk service was excellent; they upgraded my room for free upon check-in and also allowed a late check-out, which made my trip much more relaxed. The only slight drawback was the smart toilet; its responsiveness and convenience could be improved. Overall, the minor flaw doesn't detract from the experience, and the hotel's surrounding park environment is also very stylish. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel is super convenient, just a 20-meter walk from Xiepulu Station on Metro Line 14. In the evening, you can take a five-minute stroll to the riverside and enjoy the night view of Yangpu Bridge. Dining options and convenience stores are also easily accessible. The front desk staff are really welcoming and always greet you warmly whenever you pass by. The room was clean and well-maintained, no issues there. For Shanghai, this hotel offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

I booked two rooms for my parents' visit to Huashan Hospital, and we were kindly upgraded for free. A big thank you to the several front desk ladies who assisted with both check-in and check-out. While the hotel decor is a bit dated, it's fully equipped. It's also super convenient to get around, with taxis just a short ride away. This hotel feels like a blend of hotel and apartment living, as it's connected to an apartment building, and food delivery is very convenient. My only minor gripe is the lack of robot delivery, but overall, it offers excellent value for money.

The environment here is pretty good. I've been staying for a month now, and the location is super convenient. The front desk service is also excellent. It's really suitable for young people just starting out who need a short-term place to stay, and also great for someone living alone long-term.

Booked two rooms - one for my elderly parents and one for my husband and me. Second time here and a great overall stay again. All the basic critical needs are met which a impt for all travellers - smooth check-in and out, facilitating of requests (helping us ensure same floor rooms/ concierge to keep our luggage when we went iut to hangzhou for a few days etc). Appreciate front desk helpful guidance in using various apps- meituan/taobao etc. Gym equipments here are really good too. Slight disappointment of having to wait to get cooking equipments the next day after house keeping staff has come in as i checked in around 7pm the day befire when the housekeeping office has closed. One thing for hotel to consider is to have more than one chair in the studio apartment, we couldnt sit at the table yo eat our takeawatys tog cos the room only has 1 chair. Also, do note the sun rises quite early and the room starts getting bright around 6 plus am, possibly cos the the design of curtains so sunlight can still come in, so unable to sleep in longer. Locations wise - reasonable for me, quite a few eateries nearby, 5-7mins walk to subway albeit still need to didi quite abit to all the tourist spots.
