⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Ramada Hotel in Xinjinqiao Our experience at Ramada Hotel in Xinjinqiao was wonderful. This was not our first time staying at the hotel—in fact, we always choose to stay here whenever we have a gathering because of the excellent service and comfortable accommodations. A special thank you to Ms. Gloria, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to assist us, especially with our bookings, and was even available to help us through her personal WeChat whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Her dedication and outstanding customer service made our stay even more memorable. We are truly grateful to the hotel management for their warm hospitality and for consistently making every stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for always taking such good care of us. We highly recommend Ramada Hotel in Xinjinqiao and look forward to returning again on our next visit.

I stayed here for four nights for my postgraduate entrance exam. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the little space by the window was perfect for studying! The weather was great, the sun was shining, the environment was lovely – everything was just perfect! The absolute best part was the service from the ladies at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, I received a warm welcome, and they even prepared a special study kit for exam candidates – so thoughtful! They helped us organize a carpooling group, offered a special discount on breakfast, and even opened 30 minutes earlier to accommodate our schedule. The delivery robot for food was super reassuring (and it's worth noting that there are so many delicious food options nearby, even more than around my university! Especially the desserts – such a great variety, so I ate very well during my study period). Also, the cleaning staff were very kind and considerate towards us! Overall, the anxiety, confusion, and exhaustion I felt before the exam began to subside from the moment I checked in and spoke with the two kind and lovely ladies. I was treated so warmly by strangers in an unfamiliar place. Thank you! I wish everyone at the hotel happiness, good health, and smooth sailing in everything!

The entire room is smart-controlled, the bedding is soft, and the bathroom is clean and refreshing with a separate wet and dry area. The front desk service is warm and efficient. The breakfast selection is rich, and you can enjoy the river view while eating. There's also a free laundry room and a gym with a river view. It's conveniently located near the subway, offering unbeatable value for money when visiting Lujiazui. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shanghai!

I have to give a special shout-out to NANCY at the front desk! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warm and friendly service. She was incredibly efficient and professional, making check-in a breeze. Her communication was gentle and patient, and she proactively shared important details like breakfast times and elevator locations. Excellent service!

A great stay! The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway station and shopping mall. It's also near Huashan Hospital, making transportation very convenient. The free parking was a huge plus, saving us a lot of hassle. The room was well-appointed and warm, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The complimentary self-service laundry, free late-night porridge, and free coffee and tea were all very thoughtful amenities. The tea service was also a lovely and attentive touch.

I specifically chose this hotel because it was close to LalaDubao and the giant Gundam statue, so I could take my child there. It was great value for money. It's conveniently located near Exit 1 of the subway, about a 5-minute walk, and very easy to find. There's a 7-Eleven and some small restaurants downstairs. LalaDubao is a 6-7 minute walk from the hotel, so there are plenty of places to eat. Originally, there were no twin rooms available when I booked, but when we arrived, they gave us a family room with one large and one small bed, which was very spacious. They even turned on the air conditioning beforehand, so the room temperature was comfortable. There was no TV, but we didn't have time to watch it anyway. We came back late from our outing, and around 11 pm, we wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water. The water temperature seemed to be around 30 degrees Celsius, below body temperature but not cold. It was too late to bother the staff, so we just took a shower. The room had a washing machine and a clothes rack, etc. Overall, I was satisfied. For such a cheap price, cleanliness is a big plus.

Check-in was efficient, and they even thoughtfully reminded me of important holiday precautions, making me feel the festive spirit and warmth from the moment I entered. The room was clean and tidy, with a quiet and comfortable environment that completely relieved my travel fatigue. Overall, it was excellent value for money. A truly comfortable stay during the New Year—highly recommended!

Because I was visiting EKA, I booked the only hotel inside the complex. The architecture is stunning, and the interior design is very tasteful, with the artworks on the walls being particularly captivating. The service was meticulously attentive and warm, showcasing the high standards of Shanghai's hospitality industry. The rooms are on the smaller side, and the bathtub takes up too much space. Due to the small windows, the room is quite dark, requiring lights to be on even during the day. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but the quality was good, and the desserts were delicious. Croissants had to be ordered separately. The restaurant offers pleasant views, which made for a delightful experience.

The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are complete and convenient. Anne, the staff, tried her best to meet our needs. The best part is that breakfast is free and parking is also free. It's a good choice for family trips, and they even have robots!
