The front desk service was excellent! They offered a free airport pickup, and the price was very affordable – a great room for just a hundred yuan, definitely recommended. They also have a shuttle to Disneyland. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and breakfast was included.

I booked this hotel because I had an early morning flight the next day, and it's conveniently located near the airport. They offer a shuttle bus service to the airport in the morning, which was quite handy. This trip was for my child's competition, and we didn't arrive at the hotel until after 11 PM. In the morning, we were in such a rush to catch the shuttle that I completely forgot to check out of the room. I only remembered once we got to the airport, so I called them to check out. Unfortunately, I couldn't return the key card, but I'll bring it back with me next time I stay there.

The hotel is great for anyone who loves planespotting and does not mind the noise as you can easily view the plane landing at runway 35L or takeoff via runway 17L. There are free bus services provided for anyone that needs to travel to the airport at anytime of the day. Do take note that ******* can only deliver to the front desk. The room is quite dark but reasonably bright enough.

Ahead of the May Day holiday, I needed to catch an early morning flight from Pudong Airport with my family the next day. Staying here was perfect because they offer a free shuttle to Pudong Airport, making it easy to catch our early flight. The hotel facilities are basic but cover all your needs, and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, the value for money is really excellent. The hotel is only about a ten to fifteen-minute drive from the airport. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I have an early flight.

Room so big, the bed is so comfy. Love the water pressure in the bathroom. The bathroom not that big, but not that small too. They provide towel, disposable face towel, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, mineral water, slipper, and tea. Air con can be use with warm mode and cold mode. There’s staff who can speak english. Reserve the shuttle for disney and airport if you need. Location just so so, no nearby convenience store, the nearest metro station is Lingkong Road. I took didi to the hotel it cost aroundCNY 17

A great hotel for people waiting for their late night flight or having a lengthy layover in Shanghai. The rooms are spacious just know that there are two different winds south and north and they are quite different. South being more modern. You can access it by walking with the airport trolley loaded with your luggages. It is connected to both the airport terminals and you can also keep your trolley and use it on the way back hours later. There are around 5-10 restaurants right outside the hotel in the area that connects the hotel and airport. Easy check in - much faster than in any other hotels in Shanghai. The checkout is as fast an anywhere else - just give them your access card and you're all sorted. One common complaint I saw was about the Air conditioner that it doesn't work well - in my experience the AC isn't that powerful but if you set it to the minimum temperature of 18C it can get your room to a comfortable sleeping temperature.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the service is excellent. It's very convenient for Pudong Airport. The hygiene is also good, and it offers great value for money. The free airport shuttle is a huge plus. Very satisfied! 👍

This hotel boasts an elegant Huizhou architectural style, with its white walls and dark tiles exuding a charming, ancient vibe. The courtyard offers a serene and tranquil environment. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, with meticulous attention to cleanliness. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and provided excellent service, making our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Plus, they offer complimentary shuttle services to the airport and Disneyland, which is a fantastic bonus. Highly recommended!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! 👍 The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was super comfortable. I slept so well, even if I woke up a bit sore, I was still in a great mood. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions, making me feel right at home. The hotel has a minimalist Japanese style, with a clean and atmospheric environment. The staff are very friendly, warm, and thoughtful. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport on the hour, which is super convenient for catching flights – a big plus! However, staying for four consecutive days, the breakfast selection was incredibly monotonous and never changed. It got really boring after a while. The late-night snack options were also very limited, with only noodles and congee available – far too few choices. Furthermore, during my stay, I noticed that the indoor air felt stuffy and poorly ventilated, always with a stale odor. My room was close to the road, so opening the window meant car noise, but closing it made the room stuffy and smelly, which significantly reduced my comfort. On a positive note, they thoughtfully gave me a small souvenir when I checked out, which was a lovely touch. Overall, the service and airport shuttle were good, but the stay would be much better if they could improve the breakfast variety, add more late-night snack options, enhance room ventilation and soundproofing, and eliminate the stale indoor smell.
