After getting off the plane, exit gate 8 and then gate 9. Look up outside and you'll see a sign on the pillar indicating the shuttle bus stop. The shuttle arrived on time. Hotel check-in and check-out were very fast, done within a minute. The room was clean and quiet, with complete facilities. There were two pillows of different firmness, and even a humidifier. The hotel also has a gym and a buffet restaurant. The airport transfer was convenient and quick, arriving in just a few minutes. Thank you!

This hotel offers great value for money! The price was super affordable, but the quality far exceeded my expectations. The hygiene was impeccable, with great attention to detail and absolutely no strange smells. All the facilities, like the water, electricity, and air conditioning, worked perfectly. The soundproofing was also excellent, so I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise. The service was genuine and not just going through the motions. Overall, it's an amazing value, making it my top choice for short stays. I'll definitely be back next time I travel!

Nice Muji-style design. The room was very spacious and came with a balcony. Transport: Airport transfer service is available, but you need to coordinate with the hotel. The shuttle runs every hour, so if you miss one, you’ll have to wait another hour. Free Disney shuttle bus service is available for both going to and returning from the park. However, the shuttle to Disney leaves very early at 7am. Unless you have Early Park Entry, otherwise it may be too early to arrive, as the regular park opening time is 8:30am. Location: There are plenty of food and drink shops in front of the hotel. The hotel is located slightly inside from the drop-off point, requiring about a 1-minute walk. The entrance can be a bit hard to find when you first arrive, as it’s not directly at the roadside. Overall: Comfortable stay with a spacious room and good amenities. Convenient if you’re visiting Disney the day after you touch down.

Chose this hotel based on the excellent reviews, and it was a perfect experience! The free airport shuttle was punctual and thoughtful; the driver even proactively helped with our luggage. The room was clean and spacious, with soft bedding and good soundproofing. The bathroom was spotless, with a separate shower and toilet area. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and there was even a lovely late-night snack service. The staff were warm and attentive; they even packed breakfast for us when we had an early flight. This is definitely my top choice for a transit stay – excellent value for money. I'll choose it again next time!

The hotel is the best so far we have ever stayed in. The spotless cleanliness and stylish interior are impressive from the moment you enter the room. But what appeals even more, the tiny details that make one's stay extra comfortable and special - for example, there are ear plugs and wireless charger available. The assortment of teas was nice, especially decaff options. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable and includes a smart toilet. On top of that, the staff were really friendly and helped us make our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We will definitely make this our go-to option if we come to Shanghai in the near future.

This is our third time at this hotel. We much prefer the standard of room and service of this hotel than other airport hotels closer to PVG. The room is large, clean and comfortable and there is a robot that will deliver any takeaways directly to the room. Check in took a little longer this time, but the staff are friendly and obviously do their very best to help. The shuttle bus is free, goes very 40minutes and takes about 30-35 minutes to get to the airport so do bare that in mind, but for the value of the hotel this is only a slight downside. As we had an early flight we couldn't have breakfast, but the staff offered to pack us a breakfast to take with us on the shuttle. 6am is a bit early for me to eat so we politely declined their kind offer. We have another trip booked in July and will be flying out of PVG so we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend l

The room was quite clean. I stayed here because I had an early flight. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. The soundproofing was pretty good. Overall, I was quite satisfied. I didn't have time for breakfast in the morning, but the hotel front desk prepared some small snacks, which was a thoughtful touch.

After getting off the plane, I randomly picked a hotel online for the cheapest option, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! The room was exceptionally nice, spotlessly clean, and spacious, which was perfect for someone like me with so much luggage. Most importantly, the front desk staff provided incredibly attentive service, making me feel right at home – comparable to Haidilao (a famous hot pot restaurant chain). This will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in Shanghai Pudong!

I'd never booked a room in the North building before, only knew it was smaller than the South building, so I decided to give it a try. Besides the smaller size, the in-room facilities were also fewer than in the South building, with only 9 TV channels, which was quite unexpected. The upside is that the lighting in the North building is bright, whereas the South building has always been quite dim... It's probably fine if you're just staying for a night, but for a longer stay, the South building seems to be a better option.
