The airport shuttle every half an hour is very convenient. Although the room isn't huge, it's perfectly sufficient for a one-night stay. Breakfast was decent too – simple but tasty. The room was clean, and even though earplugs were provided, I didn't need them as it wasn't noisy at all. The front desk staff could also speak simple English.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the price was affordable, and they even offered a free airport pick-up. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and breakfast was included too!

Nice Muji-style design. The room was very spacious and came with a balcony. Transport: Airport transfer service is available, but you need to coordinate with the hotel. The shuttle runs every hour, so if you miss one, you’ll have to wait another hour. Free Disney shuttle bus service is available for both going to and returning from the park. However, the shuttle to Disney leaves very early at 7am. Unless you have Early Park Entry, otherwise it may be too early to arrive, as the regular park opening time is 8:30am. Location: There are plenty of food and drink shops in front of the hotel. The hotel is located slightly inside from the drop-off point, requiring about a 1-minute walk. The entrance can be a bit hard to find when you first arrive, as it’s not directly at the roadside. Overall: Comfortable stay with a spacious room and good amenities. Convenient if you’re visiting Disney the day after you touch down.

Chose this hotel based on the excellent reviews, and it was a perfect experience! The free airport shuttle was punctual and thoughtful; the driver even proactively helped with our luggage. The room was clean and spacious, with soft bedding and good soundproofing. The bathroom was spotless, with a separate shower and toilet area. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and there was even a lovely late-night snack service. The staff were warm and attentive; they even packed breakfast for us when we had an early flight. This is definitely my top choice for a transit stay – excellent value for money. I'll choose it again next time!

Facilities: Excellent and very new, well-equipped. Cleanliness: I was initially concerned about staying at an airport hotel, but it was surprisingly clean. Environment: Located inside the airport. Service: Very polite, and check-in was quick. This is a great choice for early flights. I arrived at 11 PM and checked out at 7 AM. The hotel was easy to find; just follow the clear signs after exiting, and there were also staff members directing guests. It's about a 10-minute walk to Terminal 2. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover.

This is our third time at this hotel. We much prefer the standard of room and service of this hotel than other airport hotels closer to PVG. The room is large, clean and comfortable and there is a robot that will deliver any takeaways directly to the room. Check in took a little longer this time, but the staff are friendly and obviously do their very best to help. The shuttle bus is free, goes very 40minutes and takes about 30-35 minutes to get to the airport so do bare that in mind, but for the value of the hotel this is only a slight downside. As we had an early flight we couldn't have breakfast, but the staff offered to pack us a breakfast to take with us on the shuttle. 6am is a bit early for me to eat so we politely declined their kind offer. We have another trip booked in July and will be flying out of PVG so we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend l

Feeling impressive that the hotel stay comes with free shuttle bus transfer provided. Very responsive driver with clear and distinct instruction to confirm timing pick up/plate number at T1, Gate 3, on 3rd Departure Floor. Spacious room and with basic breakfast provided from 05:30 - 09:30. We love the food stall nearby the hotel. Though it rained, but we enjoyed our supper under the rooftop. 第一次品尝上海大排档！😘😘

I chose this hotel because I needed to catch a flight the next day, and I was surprised to find they offered airport shuttle service. The receptionist was incredibly kind and efficient, and check-in was a breeze. The room was spotless, and the toiletries were all from top brands. The front desk even thoughtfully provided various disposable amenities. The parking lot was free and spacious, and it was free during my stay. The value for money was amazing; it definitely deserves five stars.

Super close to both terminals, just a 10-minute walk to the check-in counter. The rooms in the South Building are decent. Take the elevator down to the first floor (lobby level), and there are lots of great food options. Definitely a good choice if you have an early flight.
