Highly recommended Shanghai Pudong Airport Holiday Inn! It's perfect to stay here during a layover. The hotel has a free airport shuttle bus, which makes commuting to and from the terminal very hassle free. We must give special praise to the two front desk ladies Ashley and Rose for their gentle and thoughtful service throughout the entire process! The check-in efficiency is very high, patiently explaining the shuttle bus schedule and breakfast time to me, and providing detailed guidance on airport routes. The whole process is full of smiles, relieving the fatigue of rushing. The service is particularly warm. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable and the sound insulation is good, the breakfast options are diverse, and the morning shift machine can also pack portable meals. IHG standards are available online, and the travel cost-effectiveness is full. I will choose this place again for my next transfer!

Her service attitude was absolutely wonderful – warm, polite, and she had a genuinely kind smile throughout. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly fast and professional, with no delays whatsoever. Since I was staying with my 17-year-old daughter, they even provided a complimentary extra breakfast and a rollaway bed. Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Pudong Airport is an excellent choice for travelers with early morning flights or late-night layovers. Its biggest advantage is its prime location, situated right between Terminals 1 and 2. It's just about a ten-minute walk directly to the departure hall, completely eliminating the hassle and uncertainty of shuttle buses. As an InterContinental Hotels Group brand, the hotel boasts relatively new facilities. The rooms are spacious and tidy, and the soundproofing is exceptional, ensuring a high-quality sleep despite being in a busy airport environment. While the price might be slightly higher than some budget hotels nearby, its extreme convenience and comfortable stay make it incredibly good value for money. The breakfast is quite extensive and, overall, even surpasses the standards of some InterContinental flagship hotels in other cities.

new and modern hotel, people speak english here which is really helpful, the hotel is 30 mins away from the airport and they have shuttle bus which is super convenient, there is a small convenience store next to the hotel but doesnt sell much thing, around the hotel also doesnt have a lot of thing to do, if you just need a place to stay and rest till you go to the airport this is a nice choice.

Facilities: Well-equipped and very clean. Hygiene: Spotless, perfect for someone like me who's a bit of a clean freak. Environment: Very comfortable and cozy, excellent value for money. Service: The front desk service was excellent. I forgot my room card, and the staff personally took me to unlock my room. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I think this hotel offers the best value for money in Shanghai. It's also very close to the airport and provides a free shuttle service. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location! No need to worry about traffic jams when you're catching a flight, which really eases the stress. Even though it's at the airport, it was surprisingly quiet at night; I didn't hear any planes taking off. Plus, there's a direct通道 to Terminals T1 and T2 right downstairs.

I've stayed here multiple times now, and the hotel service is consistently excellent. The rooms are well-equipped, and housekeeping does a thorough job. The staff are always proactive in helping with luggage and are very welcoming. It's really convenient that you can store your luggage at the hotel after checking out. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and there's even free late-night supper. You can also have packages delivered to the front desk. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the Wild Animal Park or Disneyland.

The facilities are comprehensive: there's a self-service laundry room with dryers, a fitness center available at all times, and the breakfast offers a great mix of Western and Chinese options with fresh ingredients. Their late-night congee service was a warm and comforting touch. The staff were always ready to help, and their attention to detail in service was impeccable. It's perfect for both leisure travel and business trips. When staying in Shanghai, definitely choose this Atour!

After getting off the plane, I randomly picked a hotel online for the cheapest option, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! The room was exceptionally nice, spotlessly clean, and spacious, which was perfect for someone like me with so much luggage. Most importantly, the front desk staff provided incredibly attentive service, making me feel right at home – comparable to Haidilao (a famous hot pot restaurant chain). This will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in Shanghai Pudong!

After all, it was only 300 yuan a night, and it included a hearty breakfast. During the summer holidays, hotels in the city center easily cost over 700 yuan. While Vienna is about an hour away from the city center by metro, the round-trip transportation cost of a few dozen yuan more than makes up for the hundreds saved on the room rate. For travelers who aren't in a rush and prefer a more in-depth exploration, this is an excellent choice.
