The hotel is simple and clean! The location is excellent, and the service is five-star. The front desk staff really stood out. I love it here and have already signed up for a membership card. I've recommended it to all my friends who need a place to stay!

My friends came to Shanghai for a summer vacation, and we chose to stay at the Renaissance Shanghai Zhongshan Park Hotel due to its convenient transportation. I specifically booked an Executive Premium Twin Room. The room was clean and quite spacious. However, there were two issues: first, the windowsill was leaking a bit, and there was a musty smell when entering the room, which felt a bit below a 5-star hotel standard. Second, the shower pressure was too low, making it inconvenient for showering, especially in the middle of summer. Service: A positive point was that we arrived at the hotel at 11 AM to check in, and they proactively contacted us at 12 PM to let us know a room was available. The downside was that for breakfast on August 3rd, I clearly purchased two portions, but the front desk on the 26th floor only said I bought one when swiping the card, and they even followed us into the restaurant to stop us. This definitely detracted from the experience. In summary, I'm deducting half a star for service and ambiance, and one star for facilities.

I stayed here long-term while studying for exams, and the quiet environment was perfect for focusing. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and noise is strictly controlled in public areas, so I could study during the day and rest at night without any disturbances. Daily cleaning is standardized; the bathrooms are always free of standing water and odors, and disinfectant supplies are well-stocked. Each bed comes with an eye-friendly reading lamp and a multi-port charging outlet. The locker with a password lock was great for securely storing books and materials. The independent study room has spacious desks and chairs, soft lighting, and high-speed Wi-Fi that handled online classes and practice tests without any lag. Public buses downstairs go directly to the library and major exam centers, and there are many affordable canteens nearby, offering great value for money for meals. The staff are gentle and discreet, never bothering guests unnecessarily, and large luggage can be stored long-term. The monthly rent is affordable, and it’s clean and quiet – much less hassle than a shared apartment. Highly recommend for anyone preparing for exams or doing an internship.

Quite close to the metro station and to shopping mall area. Clean, big room, comfy bed, sofa etc. The only problem was that the 5G signal was weak in my room, but WiFi was quite fast. Also: washing machine is only available if you make a booking for at least a month worth of stay, so be careful when booking. It's weird, cause the washing machine is right there in the room, but the note attached to it says not to use it, so I didn't, even though the room description on trip.com says the washing machine is usable. I booked an option without a window, but was surprised to actually have a window with a so-so view. Maybe if you book the same option as me you won't get a window, so be careful.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything was well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and this was my first stay. I loved the mirrors in the elevator! 🥰 The room was quiet, and the front desk service was superb – they even sent me a birthday cake. What a happy day! It was so blissful to stay in the room during the rain, enjoying takeout and a face mask. The scallion oil noodles for breakfast were delicious, and the location is excellent. I even went downstairs to get milk two days in a row! My mom thinks the hotel's cleanliness is exceptional, which truly takes skill. I especially loved the beautiful cushions on the sofa in the room. The gym reception staff were also incredibly warm and attentive. I love everything about this hotel.

The place is close to Metrobank International Plaza where I have a business to attend to. It is also surrounded with banks, restaurants, convenient stores and fruit shops. Subway stations are a bit far but I don't mind as it just took me 10-20 minutes. Bed is comfy and I slept really well. But I suggest they should check their pipes coz I heard weird sounds from there.

I'm quite picky. Standing at the exit of Zhongshan North Road Metro Station, I searched for hotels nearby and compared many reviews, including the negative ones. I finally chose Weiting Hotel because their negative reviews were tolerable. It turned out to be much better than what the negative reviews suggested. The hotel's decor is simple and modern, the environment is clean, and the service is excellent. It's much better than chain hotels like Home Inn or Hanting. It's perfectly adequate for a business trip. This is an honest review, for reference only.

First stay here, and it was unexpectedly satisfying. It's about 600 meters from the subway, but the hotel offers a shuttle service, which is quite convenient. The room isn't huge, but it's well-designed, and the family room offers great value for money. Breakfast is 39 per person and very substantial, far exceeding similar hotels. Finally, a special shout-out to the hotel staff for their friendly service.

The children's amenities are decent, and the staff are very responsive – anything we needed was promptly supplied. My only minor gripe is that they don't have a robot for food delivery. **Facilities:** The sink design is a bit flawed; water always splashes out. **Cleanliness:** Housekeeping was very prompt. It would be even better if there wasn't a carpet. **Ambiance:** Very stylish design, but the soundproofing is just okay. **Service:** Excellent service. I just wish there was more variety at breakfast; it was the same every day. Overall, a good stay.
