Jitai properties in Shanghai

The price was great, but the rooms and facilities are a bit old, and some things were broken. I heard there's a garbage disposal plant nearby, and there were specific times each day when odors would drift in, affecting the air coming from the bathroom's exhaust fan. I actually thought the smell was coming from the bathroom itself. On the upside, the surrounding area is very convenient with convenience stores, snack shops, and restaurants. Overall, I'm fairly satisfied.

The shop owner was very friendly! ☺️ I was worried that a hotel costing over 200 yuan during the May Day holiday wouldn't be very good, but after arriving at the shop, I was pleasantly surprised by how great it was in every aspect. Plus, it's right next to the subway station, making transportation very convenient! Great value for money!

Excellent value for money! The room was huge, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure too. The location is super lively, and there's a Hema (supermarket) right next door.

The hotel room rate is relatively cheap. The hotel is quite old. The rooms facing the road are noisy at night. The sound insulation of the hotel windows is not very good. Other aspects are OK.

The room wasn’t aired , i asked specifically for a non corner room and ironically it is what i got, and there were insects spiders and other insects that i don’t know inside the room , however the staff were friendly and they provided extra water , not bad for one night considering the low price and the convenient location in the center of Shanghai

The room layout was compact but fully functional.👏 The bed was comfortable, and I slept well.😴 However, the space was indeed a bit small; there wasn't much room to move around after putting my luggage away.🤏 The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly.😊 Suitable for short trips or travelers on a budget.💼 Overall, the price-performance ratio is acceptable, but those who require ample space should consider carefully.🤔
