The hotel is located in a business building, which is a great spot. It's super convenient to get around, with the subway right outside, and it's really close to the train station. There are tons of places to eat nearby too. The front desk service was excellent, and the room was pretty good for the price. I'd definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

Very helpful and accommodating staff who were quick to help non-Chinese speaking guest in the best way possible. A little off-the-beaten-path location-wise, but more than made up for it with spacious, light and comfortable room.  Everything is smart!  The lights, the curtains, the toilet… Quickly and efficiently cleaned the room everyday and restocked water, tea, complementary toiletries.  The bed was very comfortable, wi-fi worked great, all up to and above expectations.   I am a bit mobility-challenged at times, and noting this, they were quick to offer a switch to a 2nd floor room after the first night, though I politely declined because I was happy where I was.   All in all, a thoughtful and helpful staff, and a very clean, elegant room.

A perfect stay! This hotel is definitely worth revisiting. Choosing this hotel really enhanced our trip! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt refreshed. It was an unexpectedly perfect experience, and I have to give it high praise. Location is superb. It's just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with shopping centers and food streets all around, making it incredibly convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. What surprised us most was its peaceful yet central location; the soundproofing in the room was excellent. We heard no outside noise even late at night, and combined with the soft, comfortable bedding, we slept soundly until morning, instantly washing away all travel fatigue. Service was impeccable! The front desk lady had a sweet smile, and check-in was efficient and professional. She even proactively recommended local hidden gems and eateries, which were more practical than any guide. Upon check-in, seeing we had a child, they immediately brought kid's cutlery and toys – full marks for attention to detail! The cleaning staff were also very meticulous, even wiping away tiny smudges on the desk. They would thoughtfully leave notes when replenishing toiletries, truly making us feel at home. The room facilities were complete and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom with a wet and dry separation was clean and odor-free, with ample hot water and stable temperature. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, perfect for work or streaming without any lag. There were multiple charging ports by the bed and desk, so no more fighting for outlets. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, plus local specialties. The ingredients were fresh, and the variety was rich, from congee to desserts, all delicious – even our picky eater was very satisfied.

Pretty good. The room facilities are complete and it's quite clean. The air conditioning was also very warm. It would be great if the bathroom faucet could be improved; I initially had trouble figuring out how to use it.

The room layout was compact but fully functional.👏 The bed was comfortable, and I slept well.😴 However, the space was indeed a bit small; there wasn't much room to move around after putting my luggage away.🤏 The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly.😊 Suitable for short trips or travelers on a budget.💼 Overall, the price-performance ratio is acceptable, but those who require ample space should consider carefully.🤔

The hotel is located in the city center of Xuhui District, an 8-minute walk from the South Subway Station. There are many restaurants and shopping options in the surrounding Vanke Mall. ”The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft, the air conditioning has a good cooling effect, and the bathroom has a smart toilet and free toiletries.” ”The front desk service is enthusiastic, the check-in is fast, and the cleaning staff is also very attentive and helped solve the luggage problem.” The price-performance ratio is quite high, I will choose it next time~

It's quite rare to find a budget-friendly chain hotel in Shanghai, and this one really hits the mark. The surrounding area has plenty of dining options and excellent transportation links, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure stays.

The room had large, clean windows and excellent facilities. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and even offered complimentary snacks. Highly recommend! 👍👍
