We checked in late at night, and when I called to arrange airport pick-up, the person on the line was very helpful and patient. The concierge also diligently answered all my questions. At the front desk, we met Jack, who upgraded our room because we had a child with us. He was very enthusiastic even working late at night and even gave us a flight simulation voucher – a big thank you to him! The next day, we met Helen at the front desk, who was very kind and gentle, and helped us coordinate our flight simulation experience. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's well-maintained. The breakfast is abundant and serving until 11 AM is a nice touch. The kids' play area, however, is quite old and might have a musty smell due to a lack of ventilation. I hope it can be upgraded soon!

The room and other hardware facilities are good, and the front desk staff is also very enthusiastic and friendly. The deduction this time is for the woman who ordered the noodles for breakfast. Her attitude was disgusting because she was asked to order two more bowls of noodles (because it was useless) She ordered the noodles in advance and immediately showed her face to the guests. She ordered the noodles without saying a word. This is not in line with the Ramada brand. Points must be deducted from her and she is looked down upon.

Guest User10/2025 - I brought my relatives to Ramada Wujiaochang Shanghai for staying here because this hotel has the best price and performance ratio in that area at $78 for a suite, including two buffet breakfast and tax, no tip in China. We enjoy the area for shopping and dining, especially across the hotel, you can find a delicious bowl of vegetable wontons soup at $2.00 (15 RMB) including tax vs. approximately $20 in Los Angeles after Tax + Tip!
If you like Chinese medicine for a special area treatment, a 北京同仁堂 is just across the hotel.
The hotel has been continuing to renovate guestrooms slowly. Staying at a 9th floor might be your best choice because all guestrooms were remodeled 5 years ago with a Biden Toilet.
The subway #10 is just a walking distance from the hotel. If you like to visit the Pudong, you can consider to take a new subway line #18 for just a one-seat ride, but a 20 minutes walk or take a taxi at $2.00 to the subway.
2019 - This is my third time to stay at RAMADA SHANGHAI Wujiaochang. I am glad that the hotel is now going through a remodeling construction phase. The 3rd and 5th floors are at the reconstruction at the moment.
The hotel has a all-you-can-eat morning buffet with 30 different items at $7 (50 RMB) per person, which can satisfy most common visitors. A walking distance to the subway line 10 is not far, which usually takes 10 minutes.
From the subway station, you can visit a newly opened underground plaza where 13 exits are available.

Peiniyiqikanshijie123I booked two rooms for my parents' visit to Huashan Hospital, and we were kindly upgraded for free. A big thank you to the several front desk ladies who assisted with both check-in and check-out. While the hotel decor is a bit dated, it's fully equipped. It's also super convenient to get around, with taxis just a short ride away. This hotel feels like a blend of hotel and apartment living, as it's connected to an apartment building, and food delivery is very convenient. My only minor gripe is the lack of robot delivery, but overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Guest UserMy stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Shanghai Pudong Airport East Station was actually better than I expected. The location is super close to the airport, which is perfect for catching an early flight or for a layover. Check-in and check-out were both very smooth. The room was spacious enough, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The smart room control system was easy to use, and adjusting the lights and air conditioning was a breeze. The housekeeping was quite thorough, and there were no noticeable odors in the bathroom. The front desk staff and service personnel were friendly and responsive when I had questions. Transportation in the area is convenient, and it was pretty quiet at night, so I got good rest. The soundproofing and facility maintenance were also excellent, and luggage storage was convenient. I'd definitely prioritize staying here again next time I need accommodation near Pudong Airport.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The free shuttle runs every 30 minutes and was always on time. They also have both large and small buses, so there was never an issue getting a seat.
Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. We booked a duplex room with two levels, which was a lot of fun and something a little different. The industrial-style design was also really nice.
We’d happily stay here again if we have an early flight or are just passing through. There was some road construction nearby during our stay, but it didn’t affect the hotel or our sleep at all.
Also, excellent value for money. We usually stay at the Airport Hotel right between T1 and T2 of PVG, but that is quite pricey for a 5-6 hours of sleep.
