Ramada by Wyndham properties in Shanghai

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers shuttle service. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Although some areas on the first floor were under renovation and we had to share the laundry area with the neighboring hotel, it was still very good. With the windows and doors closed in summer, the construction noise outside wasn't too bothersome. You can easily head into Shanghai to check out that exhibition, it's fantastic!

Travelling with a pet is not easy by a long shot. There any many, MANY difficulties. Thankfully, one of the easiest and least stressful parts of this journey was this hotel. Incredibly accommodating for pets, with very clear guidance and rules, alongside wonderful staff who are super helpful and understanding (big big shout out to Eagle and Shane for their help!). The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for me and my cat, Whiskey. The location is great for easily getting into the airport with a great shuttle bus service included. Would happily stay here again and recommend any pet owners travelling through Shanghai Pudong Airport to stay here! Big thanks again to Eagle and Shane for their help throughout my stay!

The room was absolutely fantastic! They offer a free shuttle to the airport which was incredibly convenient. We're a family of five and the family room was perfect. The beds were super comfortable, not too soft and not too hard, just right. The hygiene was also great. I loved the industrial-style decor; it looked even better in person than in the pictures. The price was excellent, making it the best value-for-money hotel for an overnight stay before a flight.

This was not our first time staying at the hotel—in fact, we always choose to stay here whenever we have a gathering because of the excellent service and comfortable accommodations. A special thank you to Ms. Gloria, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to assist us, especially with our bookings, and was even available to help us through her personal WeChat whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Her dedication and outstanding customer service made our stay even more memorable. We are truly grateful to the hotel management for their warm hospitality and for consistently making every stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for always taking such good care of us. We highly recommend Ramada Hotel in Xinjinqiao and look forward to returning again on our next visit.

The rooms are a bit old, but the location is decent for reaching Wujiaochang commercial area and the subway. Xiao Lu and Da Xiong from housekeeping were very friendly and offered helpful suggestions for travel routes. The excellent service made up for the older facilities. Giving a good review and a shout-out to them!

The hotel was excellent; the service at the front desk, restaurant, and rooms was very attentive. The housekeeping even helped us bring in the clothes we had hung out to dry on the balcony. The swimming pool was very quiet and comfortable, with very few people. I would definitely choose Ramada again next time I'm in Fengxian.
