The Travelodge Hotel - Macclesfield Central was recently opened in 2025, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Macclesfield. With Macclesfield just 300m away and Manchester Airport only 20km away, transportation is very convenient. With Saint George's Street Baptist Church, Victoria Park and Macclesfield Cenotaph all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel.
"Well placed for our stopover from Cheshire to Macclesfield. It all looked like new - facilities very good.
Would certainly stay here again"
GGuest UserHotel had a nice atmosphere our room was excellent and had a nice sofa, just a short walk into Chester and all amenities and the hotel breakfast was first class. All in all hotel and staff were excellent đ
SSKARGUTHonestly, all it provided me was a simple room to stay for the night which is all I needed, the fact that it also has a smart TV with YouTube in it is also a huge bonus so thanks everyone, plus the luggage scale there also done me some favours as well.
GGuest Userhad an excellent stay . Everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, very well-maintained, and had a modern, comfortable feel.
The location is perfectâconveniently close to key areas, making it easy to get around Manchester. The service was outstanding, with staff being friendly, responsive, and always willing to help.
GGuest UserReally loved this hotel from the moment we got there. Clean and great vibe ! Â lovely venue, room and super comfy bed and pillows. Â Excellent facilities and swimming pool. Great bar and restaurant area. Only thing was little slow to clear the table and to remind the bar staff both nights about bringing the kids menu ice cream. Â Apart from that, it was fabulous, and definitely will come back đ
IIkha MagdalenaPremier Inn Warrington is a very good option for a short transit stay, especially if you are travelling towards Glasgow. The location is convenient and easily accessible from the main routes, making it an ideal stopover before continuing a long journey.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and consistent with the standard quality of Premier Inn. The bed is particularly comfortable, providing a good rest after a long drive, and the overall atmosphere is quiet, which helps ensure a good nightâs sleep. The facilities are adequate for a transit stay, including easy parking access and an efficient check-in process. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and pleasant. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for travellers looking for a comfortable and practical place to rest before continuing their journey to Glasgow or other destinations in the UK.
PPat from KarlsruheThe hotel is clean. Dushing is required to let the water run for a while. With heating it doesn't work any problem. It is near Manchester Airport. The staff is very nice and friendly.

I chose this place because I was looking for somewhere different to the typical hotels and BnBs during my Europe trip. I was more mobile with a rented car. The photos in the booking website did not do it justice as it gave a â******* castleâ vibe but in reality is lovely and bright. In addition, the relatively low price and limited time to book.
I am puzzled that it's ratings did not exceed 4 stars as it exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, kind, and prompt. Breakfast was excellent, with the amazing view from the room, overlooking a meadow with grazing sheep.
An added bonus: itâs located along the Grindstone Path, making it a perfect and convenient spot for hiking enthusiasts.
GGuest UserThe staffs are so friendly and helpful. The local is not too far from city centre. We walked to the city centre less than5mins, walk to city wall from the hotel about 15mins but if you walk faster it takes 7-8mins. The breakfast is great.
