3-Star Hotels in Adjara, Georgia

We chose this apartment because we needed a two-bedroom option. The renovation is dated, the room was dirty, the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all (hair on the floor, toothpaste caps), and there was no water. Parking and the pool are paid separately. The location isn't ideal either; we thought it was close to the sea, but it's dirty and lacks amenities.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Breakfasts are fantastic with a great variety of options at the buffet. The restaurant where breakfast is served has a terrace with an amazing mountain view. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the old town, and there's a lovely park with a lake and an embankment nearby. I highly recommend visiting this hotel in Batumi; you won't regret it!

Good afternoon! I have only good impressions of my stay. Check-in was quick. The apartment is excellent: everything you need for a stay is there: a good bed, iron, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer. The window views the sea, the city, and a little bit of the mountains. The hostess is available, but I didn’t bother her. Everything was fine. I was there off-season (late April - early May) - the elevators worked fine. I didn’t have to wait long. Great location. Everything is nearby: the sea, the city, restaurants, the embankment. There is a 24-hour store in the hotel if you need something urgent. I recommend this studio.

This is a one-bedroom suite with a very spacious room. The facilities are excellent: two air conditioners, one large and one small refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and a washing machine. There are three beds: a standard double bed, a double sofa bed, and a fold-out single bed. The balcony is very large and offers a view of the Black Sea. For just over 300, it's great value for money here. The host was very welcoming, and checking in via WhatsApp was very convenient. However! The nightclub downstairs operates until 3-4 AM every day! It's incredibly noisy, making it impossible to get any rest!

Location: 5 out of 5. Everything you need is nearby – shops, cafes, a shopping center, and currency exchange. Bus stop for route #10 (to the airport) is also close. Room: Spacious and well-equipped. It has dishes, a fridge, and a kettle. Toiletries were provided (the only thing missing was soap). The main drawback is that there's no place in the room to dry clothes.

Absolutely delighted with our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was great for preparing our own meals. The beach is just across the road, making the location incredibly convenient with excellent transport links, as there's a bus stop right outside the entrance.

Everything was exactly as pictured, and the sea was just a stone's throw away. I stayed on the 47th floor; the elevator stops at every floor like a bus, but there wasn't a huge queue as there are many elevators, so the slightly longer ride wasn't really a problem. The room was very clean and even had bathrobes. The only downside was that the fridge was unplugged when I checked in, it was dirty inside and smelled absolutely horrible, so it was disgusting to use. I just avoided opening it again. The reception always seemed busy, but it wasn't crucial for me to address the fridge issue, so I didn't bother spending time on it. Otherwise, my stay was extremely comfortable, and I'll definitely be back! I highly recommend it for its value for money!

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Old Batumi. Excellent value for money. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and homely; the moment you step inside, you instantly feel cared for and experience genuine hospitality. The owner personally greets guests, and at breakfast, complimentary homemade white and red wine is served, along with watermelons, melons, and khachapuri – there's always plenty of everything. You don't feel like you're staying in a hotel; rather, you feel like you're visiting friends. And breakfast on the terrace? That's a whole different story – better than any observation deck!

I want to express my huge gratitude! The place is quiet, cozy, and located in a residential area. The front desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming, which is really important. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and all necessary amenities were provided. Plus, it was super affordable! I'll only be staying here from now on. Quite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.
