This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

Extremely convenient location. The house is situated on a quiet street and set back in a courtyard. The hosts speak English and Russian. Mamuka sent us a lot of recommendations for places to see and suggested a restaurant (which was quite good, I must say). Check-in was comfortable. As for the downsides: the only thing was that there was quite a bit of noise transfer between the bathroom and the bedroom. But overall, it wasn't a problem. And the price was very pleasant indeed. The room was beautifully decorated with a painting on the wall. There were bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo, and shower gel. Tea and coffee were also provided. Everything was so thoughtful! The hotel is very near to the main attraction but what we liked most was the staff and the owner were friendly and accommodating! Our room was huge and we were provided with lots of towels and other amenities. The breakfast was ok but not fab but it compensated of how they’d welcomed us

We absolutely loved this hotel!! Sofia was warm and friendly, and the breakfast was abundant. There is a swing on the third-floor balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful night views. The dog by the entrance is lovely as well. The hotel is not far from central Kutaisi, which is super convenient for self-driving guests, and parking is available right at the front door. We hope to visit again sometime.

The hotel is not in the main city, the location is a bit off. Next to the hotel is the viaduct, very noisy at night, the noise on the road is very loud. The room area is very small, and the place to put luggage is difficult to find. The introduction on the Ctrip page is 18㎡, in fact, it is 10m. The data provided on Ctrip is often inaccurate, and the photos are not real enough. The room was very clean. The hotel's breakfast is on the top floor, and it is still very good. The restaurant can see some city scenery.

Отличное место для остановки на одну ночь. Очень чистые номера. Есть кондиционер, которым можно нагреть помещение. Да, там прохладно, особенно в душевой, возможно дело в том, что была зима. Завтрак не попробовали, так как его подают с 9 часов утра) Wi-fi хороший.
