A truly wonderful and modern accommodation with great design and the best hospitality. Hakim was super welcoming and friendly and made sure everything was perfect, also gave excellent tips about the city - both sightseeing and the best food options. Very highly recommended! 🤗

The room was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Its prime location meant I could easily walk to all the main attractions, and the area was lively and convenient in the evenings. It made for a truly wonderful trip to Bukhara.

Was such a beautiful place to stay stay if you want to stay near the old city and I loved it. The staff are very helpful and kind and one of the staff let me check in two hours since I arrived a bit earlier. That’s the hotel has really nice ambience to eat and all of the amenities and facilities that come with it are exceptional as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would love to stay here, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay close to the old city to choose this place

We arrived at this hotel on the evening of March 4th and were greeted wonderfully. They even upgraded our room for us, a special thank you. The room was very clean and tidy, free of any odors, and the standard was commensurate with the price. The receptionists were responsive to all reviews and were very helpful. I think this hotel is one of the best in Bukhara. I recommend it to all travelers.

Very clean hotel, spacious rooms and great balcony. excellent service! The English at the front desk is very fluent and there is no obstacle to communication! The breakfast type is also good, although it may be because of local habits, most cold dishes. In short, it is the most satisfying hotel on this trip to Central Asia.

The hotel is in the new town, but only 3km away from the old town. There is a shopping mall next to it with a large supermarket and a fast food restaurant upstairs. The hotel room is quite large and relatively clean, but the mattress is a bit hard. Locals like to come to the hotel lobby and garden to take wedding photos. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean.

Most hotels in Bukhara have rather questionable interior designs, but Mercure isn't one of them. This hotel is beautifully decorated and bright inside. The lobby offers complimentary water and local dried fruits, and the service is excellent. The rooms are a bit small, but that seems to be the norm for hotels of this caliber on this trip. The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the edge of the old city, avoiding the crowded traffic within. It's a 10-minute walk to the square with the Afanti statue and 15 minutes to the Chor Minor Mosque – all easily walkable if you're up for it.

The hotel is the newest and freshest, within walking distance to the old city and the market. Everything is clean, the bed and towels are snow-white. They quickly checked us in at night, and we arrived at four o'clock. And what nice and friendly people work there, trying to do everything for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to the girl at the reception (she is really a jack of all trades, maybe even a manager). She responded to all our requests. Breakfasts (porridge and scrambled eggs with sausages, pizza, pie), everything is delicious. The only wish is to change the coffee machine, because it is not very convenient to operate it yourself, and it takes a long time, but otherwise everything is super!!!

The hotel is not in the old city, but by taxi to get close enough. It was a little noisy from the cars on the street (view to the city). Breakfast was normal, varied, there was strawberries, cherry, apricots in the middle of May. But the eggs and casca were finished. We had a hard time to set up the TV, asked for help to staff. The air conditioner worked .good.bassnine good, new.
