Guest UserWasn’t a very pleasant stay. On the first day we felt like a scam. We booked the room with an open window door but when we checked in, they gave us an accessible room next to the lift. Nothing looked like the picture on trip.com nor on Mercure website. The accessible bathroom design was also a huge miss. We tried to talk to front desk but they said that’s the last room they have and there were twin beds in the room, so that’s the correct room. They in the end asked us to request for room change the next day if we don’t ‘like’ it.
We waited the manager until late morning next day and explained the issue which was more than a room change request. The manager admitted there are only a few rooms that actually look like the picture on their website. They finally gave us the room that we actually booked after a long argument, and compensated us on the first night issue.
Beware of what you booked. They mixed a lot of different rooms into one room category and charge the same price point.
The room amenities were basic also.

JulianCLYou can tell the hotel is a bit old, but for the price, it's acceptable. It's located outside the ancient city, but not far by car. My favorite part was the outdoor pool, though it was crowded with kids. The gym was also spacious, but unfortunately, some of the equipment was a bit dated. The service and rooms were decent. There are plenty of food options and shops nearby. It seemed like there were a lot of guests overall. As for breakfast, it was nothing special.

Very clean hotel, spacious rooms and great balcony. excellent service! The English at the front desk is very fluent and there is no obstacle to communication! The breakfast type is also good, although it may be because of local habits, most cold dishes. In short, it is the most satisfying hotel on this trip to Central Asia.

SabrinaaaaaaaaaaI had the best time staying here! The room is very nice with a lot of amenities, the beds are comfy and there’s even a kitchen for light cooking. It’s located very near to all the main attraction and you can easily walk everywhere. The breakfast was so good as well, I enjoyed it so much! It will be delivered to the room every morning & there’s few option to choose from. Hakim is very friendly, helpful and attentive. He even printed me Bukhara attraction maps with a list of recommended restaurant. Even I came alone I felt very safe and welcomed. The rate is very affordable as well considering the location & the service. Highly recommended for all types of traveller especially solo female traveller 🫶🏻

Was such a beautiful place to stay stay if you want to stay near the old city and I loved it. The staff are very helpful and kind and one of the staff let me check in two hours since I arrived a bit earlier. That’s the hotel has really nice ambience to eat and all of the amenities and facilities that come with it are exceptional as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would love to stay here, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay close to the old city to choose this place

The hotel is not in the old city, but by taxi to get close enough. It was a little noisy from the cars on the street (view to the city). Breakfast was normal, varied, there was strawberries, cherry, apricots in the middle of May. But the eggs and casca were finished. We had a hard time to set up the TV, asked for help to staff. The air conditioner worked .good.bassnine good, new.

A very beautiful hotel with excellent service, in a walk-in from the old city. We have a family room consisting of two standards connected to the inter-room door, very convenient for 4 people! The room has all the necessary, good repair and comfortable furniture. On the respiratory has helped with all the issues - booking a table in the restaurant, carrying out exchange of currency and so on. The only thing that was a little bit upset - quite modest compared to Hiva and Samarkand breakfast, hot dishes were few, baking in factory packaging, but not bad coffee.

250920 Stayed at Zehra Hotel for two days, I felt very good, very clean, the lobby wall has attracted nearby attractions, the boss automatically helped the guests carry their luggage upstairs, the smile was very kind, the breakfast was neatly arranged, the best food was the bowl of cereal.
