3-Star Hotels in East Java, Indonesia

Our 2nd time staying at this hotel. It was in a good neighborhood (many street food vendor at night). Good service (fast check-in/out), suitable parking space. Overall a great stay for us.

A very good vintage hotel in Surabaya Old Tiown. Loca yes just across Taman Sejarah and near Jembatan Merah. The service is excellent, when I got a warm welcoming letter and a plate of chocolate cake.

cleanliness is quite good friendly service the bathroom is quite clean but the TV is very gloomy moreover the bed is sagging until it tilts almost falling. for the price of 200K it is still very lacking... better to find another alternative.. like fave, my tower or other cheap hotels just add a little bit and it's clearly good..

Please change the door room coz there some crack on door room number 509. People can sneek into the room. Repair the hot water circulation coz both room 509 and 510 we dont get any hot water in the shower.

Great retreat. Not many shops but has okay food to order. Could do with more fresh vegetables available on menu

Whiz Prime Hotel Malang is a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the heart of the city. The location is excellent, with easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and Malang Station. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional.

The rooms are located on a hill, but thankfully there were staff to help us with our luggage. Going up and down the stairs was quite tiring, but at least the room was clean. I regretted not being able to snag a family room, as it would have been much larger. Renting a jeep from them was a bit more expensive than renting outside, but I felt like the one we rented took the long way around; it took over an hour to reach the viewpoint. I had read reviews saying you could walk to the first viewpoint, so I'm still confused about that. Also, I saw a sign at their entrance and ended up paying an unnecessary entrance fee; no one even checked! After watching the Bromo sunrise, we came back to a perfect and hearty breakfast, which was as good as a full meal.

The location is strategic. Close to the campus area. Want to go anywhere near. The facilities are very complete. Cleanliness no. 1 siii. There is a garden in the pool area, so you can enjoy your time while relaxing. Top for Grand Valonia. Good luck

Located in the heart of Surabaya, about a 10-minute walk from the department store. On the way, you'll pass some great sports shops. A simple breakfast is included (you can ask the staff to fry eggs, they're delicious!). The two male front desk staff were unhelpful and immediately said they couldn't assist with anything (very passive problem-solving), but the rest of the female staff went out of their way to help us with our issues!
