I had an excellent experience at Hotel One Tower Gulberg. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was warm, professional, and very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The rooms were spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay, ensuring everything remained spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options available, catering to different tastes. The quality of the food, presentation, and service in the dining area were all excellent. Overall, Hotel One Tower Gulberg exceeded my expectations in every aspect, including hospitality, cleanliness, room comfort, and dining experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lahore and look forward to staying here again in the future

It was beyond my expectations in such a attractive price And I cam to know they have multiple sites So they are all over the city Plenty of space to park your cars Multiple rooms options hot water also avalaible amazingly The best thing is the reception and the found house keeping staff They are ready to serve and ready to make u comfort As much there in capacity ROOMS ARE EXACT AS AS THEY SHOWN ON PICTURE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The room service and laundry were really efficient. Although they have some run down older rooms, there are also large beautiful rooms available with hairdryer and wardrobe. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was decent. The downside was no hot water.

Comfortable stay at prime location of Lahore city. Breakfast needs to contain more variety especially there were no seasonal fruits.

The hotel's location was great, with easy access to various restaurants! Maybe it's because I didn't hand over the key, but there was no housekeeping, no comforters on the beds, and the shower didn't have a partition, so the toilet got soaked. There was a little bit of trash on the floor, so I guess it was a little dirty for the price. This is just my opinion as a Japanese person, so maybe that's just how it is.

Facilities: Completely equipped. Please contact the front desk for any needs. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic, with prompt housekeeping. Environment: Quiet and comfortable for a good night's sleep. Service: Excellent security, and breakfast is generally suitable for Chinese tastes.

hardly 2 mins walk from mmalam (the famous street of lahore) had an amazing stay with breakfast and dinner rooftop services. Staff is quite cooperative. Food is fine and you can easily reach to any point in lahore from this location.
