I recently stayed at ibis in Jerusalem and had an exceptional experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The hotel was clean. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor - which I cleaned up. All in all it was fine. But - it was almost impossible to find. I went to the address - and I don't see a thing that resembled a hotel. It turns out, you need to walk through a rusty gate and down a flight of stairs (below street level). It occupies just a small space all on one level. If a lady from the hotel hadn't seen me on the street looking confused, I'd have never have found it.

Nestled right in the heart of the city yet strategically tucked away on a vibrant street near one of Jerusalem's busiest ancient gates, this hotel offers both convenience and charm. The sanitary environment is still pretty good, but the room is slightly small, which leads to the double beds being combined together; the check-in / out are very fast, I solved it in two minutes, the bathroom has a bathtub, but there is no toothbrush, Toothpaste, so you need to bring your own; The hotel is relatively close to the ancient city, commercial streets and other famous attractions, the location is relatively good; 50 thanks for breakfast, is a typical Middle Eastern style, may not be used to eating. In short, overall is good.

Cleanliness The room was well-maintained and clean. Location It's about a 10-minute walk from the bus and tram stations, and it's uphill, so getting there can be a bit of a challenge. However, it's within walking distance of tourist attractions like the Old City, so the location is excellent. Service The staff were very kind. If I had any questions, I could ask them via WhatsApp on the hotel's website. Amenities The room had a hair dryer, hangers, and a TV. The refrigerator was unplugged, so it wasn't very cold (I didn't know how to turn it on). There also seems to be a washing machine available for free use.
