Stay experience was really nice! Very spacious rooms and bathrooms for families! Very happy with the service as well. Supportive staff available always. We did not try the food because of vegetarian restrictions.

Beautiful onsen hotel with Miyajima islands view. Shuttle bus service from and to train station is very convenient.Breakfast and dinner are very amazing and delicious. I forgot smart watch and chargers in the room,The hotel promptly sent to me when I contacted the hotel only smart watch no chargers but no problem. No room cleaning while staying 2 nights just towels hanging in front of the door. I wish the onsen pond was bigger than nowadays because of too much customers in the onsen pond. I will come back again to the hotel for sure.

The location of the hotel is along a main street. It's just 15 minutes away from the Atomic Bomb Dome on foot. On the way there one can pass by the main shopping street. It's also just 1 minute away from the tram station to Hiroshima Station, which is 10 minutes away by tram or 30 minutes on foot. The hotel is clean and it provides breakfast, basically bread and coffee but that's already good enough given the price paid for the accommocation.

Comfortable modern hotel within walking distance of Hiroshima station. Room was clean and had all we needed for one night stay. Staff speaks English and was friendly and polite. We checked out early (6 am) to explore Miyajima and they kept our bags for us until evening. Would recommend.

Great location, 5 mins walk (flat surface) from Hiroshima Station, convenient store exactly next to the hotel. Great service from front desk staffs, proactively assisting guests during check in. Self-service luggage storage available, just simply lock it with the IC card (Transportation card). However, it’s quite full during check out time, consider to use the paid lockers (¥500-1200) at Hiroshima Station if needed (next to the station taxi stand, ＜5 mins walk from the hotel) Spacious rooms, with individual air conditioning/ heater, and humidifier. The room is neat and clean, no weird smells, there’s a window as well. Amenities are provided, located next to the front desk. Overall great experience with Sotetsu Hotel, definitely worth the price.

The hotel room is quite large and has a sofa. It has a smart TV. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the environment is relatively quiet. The downside is that there is no view from the window. There are no smoking rooms, and the smoking area is on the first floor.

Better than i expected.. the staffs are so attentive and helpful,always ready with a smile... my only con is its a shared room system..and the boys i tell u..smell so bad..but lucky for me they allocate a bed far from any other guests... Toilets are clean,everything u need is there.. I

The hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to help when you enter the hotel. They also understands English when my Japanese fails me haha. They have a coffee machine that one can use once a day behind the staircase. They also have breakfast in buffet style only for ¥500. I find it quite delicious, you can purchase the ticket at the counter. You have buy in advance as it might run out. The location is very convenient its less than 5 minutes walk to the closest tram station. It is also close the atomic bomb museum. You can also borrow mama chari(bicycle) from the hotel for up to 4 hours. It is convenient for getting food or go to the peace park. They have sleepwear and amenities you can take opposite the front desk.

This hotel boasts an excellent location! It's incredibly clean, and at this price point, you really can't fault the attention to detail. The service is also top-notch! Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely choose this place again. Getting around from here is super convenient.

Room and bathroom were bigger than similarly priced rooms in Tokyo. Hotel was clean, easy to get to from the tram station that links to the main train station - about a 7 minute walk. Lots of places to eat, shop around the area.
