DDale AnthonyI wrote a previous review for a different hotel and assigned it as the Hotel Alameda Centro Historico. I apologize. Hotel Alameda Centro Historico is an excellent hotel and I really enjoy staying there (three times so far). The staff are excellent and super friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves are quite nice and the beds are comfortable as well. The location is absolutely fantastic and a great place to serve as a counterpoint to everything in Morelia. It's a great place and worth the price which is really good. There is nothing to complain about from my experiences.

GGeri ShaikhThis was our first night and the room was great. It is really large and comfortable.
The problem was were on the first floor and very first room to hotel entrance. There is no AC and we couldn't open any windows as the room is right up on the very busy street outside.
Our room was changed the next day and it was just wonderful. We extended a few more days.
Very lovely hotel and even lovelier young staff. Gifts were wonderful.

AAdrianExcellent hotel, clean friendly but rooms do not have air conditioning, it was very hot and stuffy. Would recommend management to consider this improvement. Great hotel but falls short of a 5 star hotel because of no air conditioner.

LLupe KayhanThe locations is stoning and the view is a breath taking. The location next to the mall and next to the American Rrstaurants is super convenient.
The food at the facility is OK, less than I expected for the looks and the location, the menu could be INPROVED big time.
The only problem I encounter is the water pressure is very poor and the sinks located withing the room and next to the beds is NOT A VERY GOOD SEEN.
Again the facility is well worth the stay and the convenience of the H&M, Starbucks, Dominos etc is excellent.
I oh and it has central heating system with A/C and heater, thermostat very new and easy to use.
The policy of the stuff in regards the hygiene in regards COVID-19 is exactly as it should be, and the stuff are thought and they stick to the rules.
I would recommend it and I would stay at Fiesta Inn again is for sure.

GGuest UserLas camas demasiado incómodas al igual que las almohadas, muy poco interés por parte de la señorita de recepción para compartir la contraseña de Wifi, 1 cucaracha afuera de la habitación. Pero la ubicación excelente, el baño sí muy limpio y el agua de la ducha muy calentita.

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious and clean, only the broken ladder butter and a little dirty the bathroom, as well as the bed literally looked like stone. Service is bad from the person at the parking, to the reception and cafeteria are no-school educated and definitely without a single sense of knowledge of service to the client
