We loved the experience, clean, beautiful, romantic cabins.. Quality of the bed and sofas, very good. The attention of girls makes you feel at home, super attentive and gave us recommendations to visit beautiful beaches nearby. I was concerned because I thought they were very retired, but nothing to see, it's very easy to get. We will certainly come back. Thank you for your attention.
Very good location, beautiful view and large gardens that are worth exploring, in my opinion the only thing I would add is a gym. From there everything was excellent, we loved it and of course we would stay there again.
2 minutes walk from the 2 market in the city center. It is in a very convenient location, 5 minutes walk to Zocalo. Taxis come and go frequently on the road in front of the hotel, so it is convenient to go to the airport. It is a little far from the famous restaurants and sights in the city, but the location is very good within 15 minutes walk.
There are few rooms with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is very fast. The hotel staff is basically helpful.
The staff is very friendly!
The rooms are very spacious and clean!
We chose the included breakfast and the food was delicious.
I would certainly return to the hotel!!
There you find tours to know the bayes, the cascades among other things, everything is very accessible!!
It was a friendly trip that we enjoyed a lot!!
We checked in the hotel at 3 PM parking our rental car straight from airport no stops to their parking. Which is a lot behind the guard booth with the gate that goes down and up by a security guard who questions and then allows you on the property and tells you where to park.
The night we check in our air-conditioning goes out. It’s mid 80s at night with a tropical storm pouring rain. So we had to **** all doors & windows, meaning zero air flow. Next morning we go downstairs and tell them of the problem. They sent 2 different teams of people to fix it to no success. We advised him we will be leaving the property and when we come back later this afternoon if it wasn’t fixed we were ok with changing the room.
We walk out to our car to our surprise was damaged in the parking lot. Not by a car but looks like a cart or something hit it. There is an employee/work entrance where I saw all types equipment being carried between cars yo the door. Wise they will look at their cameras. Come to find out that the cameras do not face their parking lot on their property. Even though there is a bar, a restaurant and an employee entrance and work area entrance. Their told us cameras on face the security booth to let you into the parking lot and the front of the hotel.
Returning to the hotel and changing our rooms from a king-size bed to a queen size bed which is a $40 difference tonight. That was not refunded back to us, so we were charged for a more expensive room that we were in one night. The 2nd and last night in the second room we noticed the floor was completely wet in the bathroom and figured maybe they had mopped before we came in. We were wrong also wrong. We dried the floor and later that night going to the bathroom both of us nearly fell to the ground because the floor was soaked again. The roof was leaking. Not in one location but all over.
The queen size bed mattress was broken literally broken down. To the point if you were within 3 inches to 4 inches away from the edge of the bed the mattress would just roll you off the bed.
That morning we informed them will be checking out of the hotel due to one night at a room with no air conditioning, Iour rental car was damage on their property and then taking no accountability, and the third night let’s just call it a wet room with a broken bed. They refunded the other four nights we had scheduled, but would like to give us back the difference for charging us for emergency room the one night.
Seven restaurants on their property however we couldn’t get guacamole and took over 1hour 30 minutes to figure out they have frijoles.
I asked for a manager everyday as I know the people working the counter we’re not able to fix these issues. We weren’t able to have a conversation until 1 week later after calling daily.
This provider gave me $15 worth of credits for my troubles. WOW way to make your customers fell appreciated🏆
On the way to Mexico City on Christmas Eve, I encountered a strong wind and blew two big trucks. Fortunately, I met this hotel westward. It was clean and tidy. It was very comfortable. The key front desk lady was also very beautiful. Warm and elegant. I like this type of woman. I hope she can like me too. Don't grab me 😂 Dinner steak is not bad too.

Everything was okay except that I booked and paid a room with a large bed and they gave me first a room with two double beds, so I, of course, complained and told me the rooms were sold over, so they gave me one with 2 beds double without extra cost, I told you it was very uncomfortable because we were only my husband and I and we wouldn't sleep in a girl bed because I reserved a big bed for our dedication, total that relocated me to another room standing with only a normal bed that was for nothing big as I reserved, the truth felt me tricked, it was not what I paid and it was not my fault that they sold over the rooms, in addition to I arrived 2 minutes before 3 p.m., the time when check-in started and they told me they were all busy, which I didn't think, in addition, the hotel was half empty

GGeriShaikhHotel wasn't too bad for our first night. They give one small bottle of water and expect clients to get more water from their ”filtered” water dispenser, which was completely empty and didn't get refilled until the following evening when we no longer needed it. The location is not walkable to any stores, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. You need to get a taxi to go anywhere.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and that was a plus.
The size of the room was all right. The beds were very comfortable. Good lighting in the room. Good size bathroom. Nice view of city below during night hours.
The biggest negative was the AC on our second and last night was leaking onto the bed. Had to keep it off all night and bear the discomfort af a warmer temp as windows don't open.
Water pressure was really good; unfortunately, the hot water isn't consistent and would keep fluctuating between hot and cold.
I do not think the value was good considering all the negatives. I wouldn't return to this hotel.
GGuest UserThe overall vibe could be described as monastic luxury. The location and room quality was amazing. But you want to think hard about how important a view/windows are before you book. If you are OK with out them then it's all good. Many rooms look into interior courtyards/corridors and windows are all frosted. Like many places in Mexico, the whole check in and so on is run digitally via WhatsApp, so if you dont get your codes in advance then you could be in trouble. Other than the sparsely (but very high quality) appointed room there are no amenities that i could identify. But they share a list of things to do and do respond to WhatsApp if you have questions.
GGuest UserHotel is located in the city centre of Santa Cruz area which is a short walk to the beach. It is surrounded by cafe, restaurants and local stores to shop. Hotel staffs are super friendly and helpful despite our limited spanish - they will try their best to accommodate your needs and answers your questions. It costs about 40 - 50 pesos to downtown (you can choose to walk too but we find it too hot for us). Personally, we find that the area is very safe and pleasant - unlike other larger touristy city, vendors are less pushy and very respectful and give you the space to shop.
GGuest Userreally liked the hotel itself but staff were a little overbearing, particularly male staff asking if I was by myself and if I had a boyfriend as a young female solo traveller… not cool. Also, at one point staff just walked into my room without knocking and then didn’t even apologize! Just asked if it was only me in the room and walked back out! That was crazy to me. Otherwise, pool was lovely, gardens very nice, and I like the beach club down the road
GGuest UserWe arrived for one night after a long day. We were tired and room had to be changed due to at end first floor near road.
Entertainment kept us up but did end by 11 pm
Food was not great since we don’t like ioriental.
Breakfast was ok but all good cold.
Reservation was all inclusive
Invoice said dinner Feb 10
Breakfast and lunch Feb 11.
We missed lunch due to check out at 1 pm. Should not be on ********* invoice that way
Sorry wouldn’t advise others of this place or come back
GGuest UserNice hotel, close to most tourist spots, including bars and restaurants. Staff were good, room was large but more expensive than Mexico City in terms of value.
WIFI was spotty, breakfast was not great, but good enough to start the day off with.
They need to do some basic maintenance in bathrooms, toilet handle inside tank and shower-head had a-lot of calcium buildup that could be fixed with replacement or vinegar and baking soda.
