We loved this hotel!! The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly 🥰 It was great to have a bath in our room 😁 We appreciated the view of the old stock exchange from our window & the lush trees outside. The hotel is ideally located for public transport. We were able to book the sauna that was only a 5 minute walk away. We also swam from the beach near the opera house. The centre of Oslo is full of interesting buildings, green spaces & artworks. Would have no hesitation in booking again 😁

Great location and easy to use self service including check in.. luggage storage and lockers. We arrived early and the inner city was very walkable. The luggage storage room is a little bit exposed for our comfort but I think this is the norm in Scandinavia. Rooms are very small so a lot of people spend time in the communal areas. Room could have been cleaner.. shower was not the best. From a value perspective.... Scandinavia is expensive no matter how you look at it. I think it youre not going to spend time r3laxing in a hotel room than city box is great.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the central station and close to the pedestrian street and the church. The room is quite spacious, and overall, it offers good value for money. The only downside is there's a construction site nearby.

Located in downtown Oslo, near the train station, it's very convenient for shopping and strolling. There are events on holidays, making it a lively place to stay, but it's quite quiet on weekdays.

The hotel's location is very central, with all the city's attractions within walking distance, right next to the busiest pedestrian street. However, it's a bit far from the station. On the day I arrived, dragging my luggage from the station on a slippery road, it took me a while to find it. There's construction happening next door and across the street, which slightly affects the view. The room isn't large, but it's fine for one person. Breakfast was also decent.

We had a wonderful stay at Smart Hotel Oslo. The room had everything we needed, and we especially loved that the hotel provides Rituals toiletries – they are our favorite. The reception staff were always kind, welcoming, and helpful. We also really appreciated being able to check in a few hours before the official check-in time, as well as having access to the luggage storage room on our last day. Both made our trip much more comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and major attractions. There is also a great Chinese restaurant nearby serving delicious food, which was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Oslo.

i had an amazing experience at this apartment. the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable . The location was perfect. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort !

Stayed 2 nights. Located in front of a tram station which is very convenient to go to the main train station ; 2 stops away. Nearby park is nice. Serene environment. Good size room, large wall hung TV. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast !

There's an Asian supermarket downstairs, and I usually go out at night, but there were some suspicious characters hanging around downstairs, which made me a bit nervous. The room floor had grease stains and wasn't very clean. Plus, they don't even provide shower gel; you have to buy it yourself. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel that doesn't provide shower gel. #Pros

The room, while not large, was very practical. Breakfast was at Egon in the mall, with a good variety of options, and you could even see the train station square. The hotel is super convenient – just exit the main entrance of the train station and turn right. It's the perfect place to stay if you arrive late or have an early departure.
