While the two buildings are quite easy to spot, the unit I was assigned was not the one I had booked. To complicate matters further, the check-in email was entirely in Polish, making the process unnecessarily difficult. On top of that, there was a small issue with the washing machine, and I found their service attitude to be quite unsatisfactory.
Hotel in a quiet area. Rooms clean and well-kept. The location of the TV could be a little different because you have to turn your head out of bed :) the card lock didn't work, you had to lock the door. I also ordered a room with a king-size bed and got a room with two single beds, but there was no problem putting the beds together.
Arleta was kind and efficient. She made sure to deliver the keys to us even when we didn’t manage to check in until almost 4am. The conditions of the room were good, bottles of water were left for us and the beds were super comfortable.
I congratulate the Staff as I am very grateful for this experience.
In principle, my assessment shows the quality and convenience of rest! ;-D))
In our room, the mini-fridge for cooling drinks did not work and since in Krakow it was quite hot (+29-30*C), this circumstance caused some discomfort!
There was one difficult moment in search of the hotel - not geographic (Google cards worked perfectly), and practical - we arrived at the hotel in 21.00 (already dark and the street lighting at the hotel is not available, In addition to this label with the hotel name, the hotel is not highlighted and part of the building in which it is located is hidden behind a thick bush-wood landing, which makes it quite difficult to find the hotel when you have not previously stopped in it!!! When settled at daytime, these circumstances would not cause difficulties as the hotel 's label is well viewed.
Overall, it’s a good clean place to stay for 1–2 nights. Despite its central location, the area is quite peaceful. If you book a room on the 3rd floor, you might hear some noise from the room right in front of yours. I appreciated the coffee machine with capsules — a nice touch.
However, there were a few downsides: the two single duvets were quite small, and I felt cold; a larger, warmer duvet would be preferable. The mansard room isn’t ideal for tall people, and the shower tended to clog quickly. Also, the showerhead holder was placed too high. Lastly, the carpeted floor made it difficult to drag a heavy suitcase around.
The location is in a nice location, not far from key attractions and Old Town.
The rooms are spacious although the decorations are a bit from previous era and old school.
The staff is nice and friendly. Many groceries and restaurants in the area as well as tram for easier transportation.
We had a very good stay at the hotel. Friendly staff, room is clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facility , breakfast is great with lots of options and hot food. There are many drink choices from coffee to tea to hot chocolate and juices.
Excellent hotel, very well located to visit Cracovia.
The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
The hotel is a modern room and excellent breakfast.
Centrally located in the old town and like a block away from the town center square (see pic). I arrived really early at like 8am and the reception guy allowed me to leave my bag before I came back after a full day of travels for check in. Now that I’ve covered quite a few smallish European cities I’d say when a hotel says it’s near old town it can mean either it’s close to places you can take pictures and eat but It can also mean there is absolutely no means of public transport apart from uber/bolt simply because the city is not planned in a way that allows trams or buses to cut thru. Bear that in mind.

GGuest UserCheck in was quick and easy. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the airport which is OK in fine weather but not so good should it rain. There is a shuttle bus to the airport which can be booked at check in at 10pln per person.
The room was spotlessly clean with kettle and instant coffee and tea provided.
SsallyThe positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

*Lovely spacious rooms with nicely refurbished bathrooms.
*The breakfast area looks presentable with a fairly decent selection.
*Bottled water is provided daily, you just have to make sure you hang the sign to request to clean the room.
*Hotel is centrally located right by the square. It’s near grocery stores, restaurants, donut/pastry shops & souvenir shops.
CONS
*The carpets “looked” dirty & old, not very pleasing to look at but they’re not - just gives that impression!
*The main downside for me is the noise. Our room was facing the front which is where pedestrians walk through to the square. Earplugs were supplied by Hotel but they didn’t make a difference. There were loud revellers until 4:30am daily, then once that ends, the delivery trucks & refuse collectors pass through which were just as loud! Needless to say I didn’t get a full night sleep for 4 nights.
Overall, it’s a clean & very reasonably priced hotel. May I also add we are a group that booked 4 rooms. 2 rooms were in the quiet side but the other 2 were in the noisy part. Not all rooms are the same. However, if you can sleep through anything then this wouldn’t be as much of an issue as it was for me.
NNam.KIt seems to be a hotel that renovated an old but charming building. The courtyard was filled with indoor plants, and the staff were very friendly. When I returned to the hotel the next day, the door was closed, but when I rang the intercom, they came out to open the door. Coffee, water, and carbonated water are provided free of charge in the room. The shampoo and body soap in the bathroom are the same, and there is no treatment. It was a little disappointing that there was a lot of dust on the floor, but even with that negative point in mind, it was a very satisfying hotel.
MMillerMikeFantastic hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great on one of the main tram lines and close to the bus and train stations. Room and bathroom were the perfect size and the bed was big and comfortable. Really enjoyed the fresh water dispenser in the hall for refilling water bottles and having cups of tea after coming in from the cold. Room and lobby were very clean and the bar/food counter in the lobby was great!
11342939****The square pillows weren't to my liking, but everything else was great. The location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat.
MM626328****I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Poland! The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning—plenty of fresh and local options. The location was perfect for exploring the city, close to public transport and major attractions. The hotel also had a relaxing spa area, which was a lovely bonus after long days of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon!
AAnonymous UserThe service was excellent, and they were very helpful in guiding us to nearby attractions and local restaurants.
The hotel has its own parking lot, making it convenient for parking without having to park on the street.
The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the square, which has many delicious restaurants.
KKanabeeA little walk from the station, the hotel is located smack center at the entrance of the Old Town. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautifully room was decorated (later learnt that it models after artefacts in the museum next door!). I also strongly recommend the breakfast here. Genuinely some of the best I’ve had, every bite just a bomb of flavour. Dinner was great too!
Moreover, for a seemingly old hotel what genuinely surprised me was the lack of mould or dust even in the deepest corners of the room.
I would also like to mention that I had some issue with the hotel facility on the last day of stay. Although I was rather impatient of fear that the hotel will not come back with a solution at all, they were very polite and accommodating throughout the ordeal.
