Отель ”с иголочки”, все новое, персонал крайне заботлив и любезен. Нам просто так повысили категорию номера на джуниор сьют. Большое спасибо! Стандарт у них, действительно, очень маленький. Из неудобного - здание строилось как ванны, там окна очень высоко, что в жилом помещении крайне нелепо. Но оно историческое и в самом центре города, везде гуляли пешком. Очень хороший завтрак - шведская линия скудная, но там готовят по меню сразу горячее: кашу, омлет, сырники и т.д, поэтому пятёрка за завтрак! Ванны там, конечно, тоже предлагают, но - не впечатлило: обыкновенная джакузи с пеной за 1800, на курорте с минеральной водой - такое себе.

On the fact of arrival: 1 floor with view of nothing!!!! 2. In a quick description it was written that there was some brand hot source. I really wanted to relax in the evening, rest. As a result: The nearest hot source is 20km. 3. Wei Fai in our room hasn't caught on bed, only on the couch. All this has spoiled the impression very much. Of the pluses: 1. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the smell is pleasant in the room, the character is polite, there is a microwave in the hall, a children's room. 2. Location at the Park. We specifically took this hotel with the view that it will be a hot source. Perhaps the hotel should correct its description on the trip.som website so that people have a match of expectation-reality.

A simple hotel. The room is clean. There are all the necessary hygiene facilities. Bed is comfortable. Good bedding. For the declared category of hotel, it is very decent. The staff is welcome. The breakfast in the cafe is quite satisfactory. There were pleasant impressions.

Отличный отель. Останавливаемся 4 года подряд. Обслуживание отличное, мы заказываем еду и через пол часа, чтобы мы не заказывали, уже готово. Завтраки может не такие разнообразные, но всегда все свежее и совершенно чумовой аппарат по свежевыжатому апельсиновому соку. персонал приветливый всегда. Желание селиться где-то еще у нас не возникает совсем.

We liked the hotel so much that we stayed here 2 times for vacation) the rooms are just huge! We had a room with a view to the forest in the main building. In the room everything is super convenient and thoughtful. Availability of bid is always a plus for us when living. In my opinion, many of this element of the bathroom are underestimated. The pool and sauna worked well, the pool is large and clean. The most sweet and welcoming staff of the fitobar are hospitality. The hotel is available to visit the doctor and get appointments for the procedure. The treatment base is extensive. We have not done the procedures since we were 2 and 1 day and would not have time to visit the procedures fully. The hotel is located on the territory of the reserve, walking can be endless, Next to the place of duel Lermontov. On the last floor, a beautiful restaurant with a panoramic view to the city and mountains 👌 recommend!

Очень красивый интерьер, приятные и вежливые сотрудники. Слегка подпортил впечатление только мертвый таракан на полу в номере.

Очень приятный отель, располагается в самом центре города, найти очень легко. Есть закрытая парковка. Переживали из-за шума с кафе на 7 этаже, но во время нашего нахождения там, было тихо. Жили на 5. Номера свежие, пахнут ремонтом. Запахов канализации в ванной нет, полотенца свежие, белые, как и постельное белье. Отдельно хочется отметить кафе и завтраки. Большое разнообразие блюд и очень красивый вид из окна. Определенно рекомендую, и сами вернемся ещё.
