3-Star Hotels in Tokat Province, Türkiye

Overall, the hotel is good. However, during our stay we faced a few inconveniences: The elevator only reaches the 4th floor, while our room was on the 5th floor. Cleanliness could be improved with more attention to detail. The mattresses were quite worn out and uncomfortable. Breakfast had very limited options. The soundproofing was weak, and outside noise could be heard inside the rooms. With some improvements in these areas, the hotel could provide a much better guest experience.

This hotel really exceeded expectations! The room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is modern and warm, the mattress is particularly comfortable, and I wake up naturally when I sleep. The staff is kind and responsive, and also prepared welcome fruits intimately. The breakfast is varied, and the freshly cooked noodles are especially delicious. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance to the subway station and business district. The overall experience is great, great value for money, will definitely stay again!

The sheets in the room were clean and nice, but the bathroom and toilet were small and many hairs were falling down. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was clean and nice.
