I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lavitor Hotel, and overall, it was a highly satisfying experience that I would gladly recommend to other travelers. From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and attentive service set a positive tone for my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist with any questions. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. The lobby itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a great first impression. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was particularly useful for staying connected and planning daily activities. Additionally, the common areas were well-kept and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment to unwind. Breakfast was another positive aspect of my stay. The selection was varied enough to suit different tastes, and the quality of the food was consistently good. It was a pleasant way to start each day before heading out. If I were to mention a minor area for improvement, it would be that the hotel could expand its dining options or provide more variety in certain services. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. In conclusion, Lavitor Hotel offers a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. It strikes a good balance between affordability and quality, making it a great choice for travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant accommodation experience. I booked room for solo. The room is quite spacious, the bed is big enough, and the bathroom is clean. All is perfect! Price to value is fair. But the room is a little dark. Also, we can hear what next door's guests are talking. So maybe needs soundproofing. But as I said, price to value is good.

Resting here is not the first time, the management of the hotel youth service level and the quality of the hotel improve and make our rest pleasant) you can see that the hotel is not standing on the spot but developing. Rooms are clean, towels, neats, The slippers are all necessary in the room. Thermal sources, Hamam, Sauna, Russian steam on wood, cold bath and large pool all necessary for excellent rest is present. The forces have a bar area now you can order food and drink without going away from the pool. There is everything for a comfortable rest in general.

Overall, room was spacious and as described. Toilet flush was getting stuck a lot. Location is near the Osh Bazaar and as per the locals, the area is a bit unsafe at night. Location is further away from Ala-Too Square and those areas. The kitchen was useful. The courtyard is large and spacious and good for resting if you don't want to go out to sightsee when it's hot. The front desk could look into better restaurant recommendations. The ones they recommended were soso. Overall, good value for price. I would stay here again.

The hotel is located in between the Alatoo square and the Osh bazaar so it’s not too bad. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. However my experience with the hotel should be noted by travelers and the hotel owner. Upon arrival, I was given a key to a room. When I opened the room, another guest was sleeping inside the room. I was shocked. Then I went back to the reception and was assigned another room. This time the room was not properly prepared. A vacuum cleaner was still inside the room and the bed was not made. My concern with security (as in anyone can easily enter your room with a key while you are sleeping) made the whole stay unpleasant.

This hotel was fantastic! It was super clean and the location is close to the city center. The shower also had hot water right away. The breakfast was just right too. I stayed here for a 10-day business trip, and what I appreciated most was the laundry service. For just a few hundred yen per load, they would wash and dry about 4-5 days' worth of clothes and return them neatly folded. At other hotels, they usually charge per item which ends up being ridiculously expensive, so this was a huge help. There are also many restaurants nearby and a 24-hour supermarket. I'd definitely like to stay here again when I come back to Bishkek!

Pros: Friendly staff. Very decent breakfast. Good Wi-Fi. Cons: The air conditioning only heats or cools, depending on the time of year. Even if it's 23°C (73°F) and sunny in February (like this year), the air conditioning still blows hot air, but fortunately, you can open the window. Also, there's a constant stench in the bathroom, as if they forgot to install water traps on the drains. Overall, the bathroom was finished by some incompetent people—you could cut your foot on the crookedly installed tiles in the shower.

Great hotel - breakfast is beyond praise 👍, the cook - both her chebureki and the breakfast in general are SUPER. 👍 COZY PLACE - OFF THE CENTRAL STREET. I RECOMMEND 👍

Great place for travellers wanting to be close to the West Bus Terminal which gets you to Kochkor and Bokonbaevo. Walking distance of 300m only. The experience staying in this guesthouse was amazing. The staff were so welcoming with cheerful smiles. The place has that homely experience with a touch of kyrgyzstan vibes. I highly recommend this place for stay. Its worth the money.
