2-Star Hotels in Tirana County, Albania

First time in Tirana, and the hostel's location is super convenient! It's easy to get to the airport bus terminal, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the main square in the city center. The place is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the bed was comfy (soft pillows!). There aren't privacy curtains on the beds, but not everyone needs them. The locker with a key was quite roomy. There are two bathrooms per floor (one large with a tub, one with just a toilet and shower) and a very well-equipped kitchen. The free luggage storage until 5 p.m. is a great service. It's a shame they don't offer breakfast, but they do sell cold drinks. Plus, there are bars, pizzerias, and ice cream shops right on the street.

The host was vey gracious, informative and accommodating. The place is well looked after and l felt safe as solo traveller. I recommend this place.

Great place for our stay after flying into Tirana. We got in late because our flight was delayed, but our host was very nice and accommodating.

Our host was always reachable, though due to the protests in Tirana we were without water for half a day plus through the night. The host even knocked on our door at night to let us know there was a flooding issue. Of course, he couldn't do anything about it himself. The mattress was quite firm, but that's obviously a matter of personal opinion. The location is top-notch, though parking is difficult since it's right in the city. A little further down, there's a restaurant where you can get a delicious breakfast for a very good price. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I found hair in the cabinet (a bit old) where I was supposed to put my clothes. The bathroom is shared and I found hair on the toilet (a male had shaved and didn't clean up). Quite dirty. The shower too, with black stains. I showered somewhere else. I liked the fact that I had access to the terrace through my room (other rooms also had access). The bed needed changing, the springs were too saggy, it wasn't very comfortable, I could even feel the metal parts. The positive thing about all this is that there are no insects, absolutely zero. For everything else, it was very comfortable, great location, very close to the center.

No bathtub and room description do not match, there is a front desk service is quite cold
