It's quite clean. And the staff is nice. The water is not hot all day,, but warm anyway. Maybe because of too many people. They don't have a place to hang the clothes, but you can pay for the dryer machine. You can get a discount for the Japanese food next door If you live in this hotel. That surprised a bit. The noodle is delicious, But the rice is not.

Lovely place to stay with beautiful gardens. Not much happening in the town though

I recently stayed at the Deloraine Hotel due to an incident in the Devonport CBD, which led me to find accommodation in the area. This hotel offered very affordable rates. I booked a room for one person on the same day, and although the facilities weren't the newest, they were well-maintained and clean. The shared bathroom was particularly tidy and spacious. The kitchen area was also quite nice, providing an opportunity to greet and chat with other guests. The only downside was some noise at night, possibly due to trains passing nearby. Overall, the quality and service were well worth the price.

This capsule hotel is by far the most modernized and efficient hotel I've ever lived in, which provides a seamless process from check-in all the way to check-out without human intervention or assistance needed. Everything was automated and well organized. The capsule was quite spacious and stylish inside, and it was easy to keep privacy by locking the door of our own capsule space. The things that need improvements are the facilities inside the hotel, such as the limited number of toilets in the male bathroom and the limited space of seats and power sockets in the lounge area. This place would be nearly perfect if these areas could be improved.

The hotel is about 15–20 minutes from Salamanca Market and the Tasmanian Travel and Information Centre. The room is spacious, and everything is clean, neat, and pleasantly fragrant. Each room comes with a microwave, electric kettle, some dining wares, dishwashing liquid, and a sponge. The heater works well, though the room still felt a bit cold—possibly because it’s quite large, especially for a solo traveler like me. The male receptionist was very helpful with all my requests, from fixing my internet connection to allowing me to extend my checkout time from the standard 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Never stayed anywhere before where there is a threat on the wall that if you don’t wash your dishes and empty bin etc that you will be fined $50!! I thought I was on holiday and that was the cleaner’s job?? The handrails need attention , to avoid guests getting massive splinters. The staff were friendly and helpful. For what we paid , we were disappointed with the comfort, view (surrounded by vans and units) and cleaning expectations put onto guests.

The accomodation shares the same building as the pub however it wasn’t noisy at all at night. The breakfast provided in the morning was halal friendly (for the case of any Muslim visitor). Bathrooms/toilets are shared but no issues on that (only issue is on the cleanliness but they are shared after all). Great hospitality by the receptionist. A great stay after all!

The hotel environment is very clean and tidy. Although the restroom and bathroom are shared, the environment is very good. Opposite is the wow supermarket, very convenient. The restaurant on the first floor has cutlery, bread, and milk juice in the refrigerator. The hotel staff is also very friendly. In short, the experience is very good, suitable for young people to live. It is said that this hotel is 180 years old.

It's low season. I saw only 2 groups of guests (2 people per group) including mine during our stay. We occupied the best room type (2-bedroom) with kitchenette, hot shower, heater in the dining room, TV, heater to the bedding which is a hearty touch in such a cold area. It can accommodate 7 to 8 people in the room. Very quiet, we only heard waves at the beach which's at the opposite side of the main road about the front of our house. I read many negative comments on the male host (Scott?) before our stay, but our actual experience is that he's ok, we didn't feel anything bad about him. He is kind to advise us the best location to watch stars and southern lights. The worst thing that we must mention is the poor quality of water which is brownish yellow. So we dared not use the tap water for cooking or drinking. This is very undesirable.
