I won't give a bad review because it's a budget-friendly hotel. Yes, compared to others in the area, the standard is lower. The hotel room feels like a capsule hotel, and the bathroom and toilet are so small you can barely fit in. However, the hotel's price is accordingly lower. The breakfast was clean but the selection was quite poor. The budget concept prevails here too. But you could add eggs to your menu, the breakfast selection is really lacking. My towels and bedding in the hotel room were clean. However, I had an insect visitor in the sink, which might indicate problems with pest control. You should look into that.

First, a clean place, the location really is central. They help you if you want anything from the reception. You can leave a washroom and a bag. I haven't had any trouble with the lift. It's not a place like the hotel, it's like home. In hot air rooms are really very hot, especially in the upper floors there are no air conditioning, nor windows are opened, perhaps you can open as a finger. I had a lot of trouble in hot airs while I was in the room, I couldn't sleep from the heat. There was a small fan but it was never enough. I never recommend it, especially in hot airs.

The room is very small, the bathroom turned off the light and didn't come back on. The location is quite far from the center of Brussels.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and new room. Also very quiet despite planes flying in the neighborhood. It had many small extras like an umbrella rental. I can appreciate this as I forgot my umbrella :)

We had a lovely stay at Sleep & Go expo. The room is very clean and cute, even the bathroom is really fine. The location is quite alright as well, didn’t take too long to travel to the city centre. However, the online check in system is rather confusing- it still requires payment even if I had successfully paid and received the confirmation. And late check in could cause some issues - we arrived around 10 pm and thankfully checked in fine with self check in instructions. But we met some other customer who were completely confused and didn’t manage to get their keys until we were there and opened the box. And the bed sheet has a very small yellow stain - but to be fair except that, the overall cleanness is pleasant. Will definitely come back again.

Hotel is very good. However quite hard to contact hotel. They do not provide email address.

The room is very spacious and has a kitchen, which is quite nice. The hairdryer works great, with strong airflow! You can have breakfast at the Holiday Inn across the street. There's a free shuttle bus from the airport, but the departure times aren't very accurate. We queued at 6:30 PM for the 6:50 PM bus, but it still hadn't arrived by 7:10 PM, so we ended up taking an Uber. On the way back to the hotel, we actually ran into the shuttle bus that was supposed to take us there earlier... There's also a free shuttle bus to the airport, and its departure times are more or less on schedule. PS: For travelers departing from Brussels Airport, make sure to arrive at the airport three hours in advance, otherwise, you'll be queuing for a very long time and might miss your flight.

You can check in directly, No problem because I leave the check-in method in advance as a message. The room was neat and comfortable.

We recently stayed at the ibis budget Leuven Centrum for a short work trip, and overall, it met our basic needs. The location near the train station was convenient for getting around quickly, which was helpful given our tight schedule. Check-in was easy, and the staff we interacted with were polite and efficient. Our rooms were simple and compact, as expected for a budget hotel, but they were clean and had the essentials—comfortable enough beds, functional showers, and a generally quiet environment for resting after long workdays. The limited space meant it wasn’t ideal for spending much time in the room, but it worked fine for sleeping and getting ready each day. Amenities were minimal, and the interior felt a bit worn, though nothing that negatively affected our stay. For a short, no-frills work visit, the hotel was adequate. If you’re looking mainly for affordability and convenience rather than comfort or extra features, it does the job.

Very good location, just in front of Luwen Railway Station Service is very warm A bit noisy at night, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but very clean
