Very comfortable hotel. The room is large, the health is good, the service is OK, the check-in and check-out are very smooth. The location is very good, there are Costco and some shopping in the 5 km radius.

The hotel is located at the Memorial University of Newfoundland, the surrounding environment is superb, quiet and safe, and very good atmosphere. The room is spacious compared to the hotel. The service staff is professional and patient.

The name of the hotel is good, but it is actually a motel. In a way, it is not convenient than a motel. Some entrances and exits will be closed at night. It is very inconvenient to enter and exit. We have to leave early. The staff has not yet gone to work. We can circle around and must pay attention to everything. In case you forget anything, you can't enter the building. There is no kitchen yet.
