This is a duplex-style unit listed as having two rooms. Essentially, there's one main room downstairs and a low-ceilinged mezzanine platform upstairs. The place was well-equipped with a projector, air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a washer/dryer. The host provided excellent service, and the location couldn't be better—it's directly above the metro. It's also a short walk (about 600m) from Beijing Lu and other tourist spots. Overall, it's excellent value for money. The only downside is the single bathroom. Overall, we are pleased with this AirBnB. Recommend for the great service and excellent location.

The service attitude is excellent! The hotel staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to help and very considerate. The hotel has a laundry room, and their 'Xiao Du Xiao Du' voice assistant is fun and can even play music. I love the smart home system because I don't need to manually operate anything. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Guangzhou in the future. It's also close to Beijing Road, within walking distance. I highly recommend this excellent hotel! YY

When I encountered a minor issue during my stay, the service staff responded immediately and came to resolve it efficiently and reliably. The whole process was attentive and hassle-free. Whether it was the front desk, room service, or public area staff, everyone maintained a dedicated service attitude, always responding promptly. Excellent!

This hotel in Guangzhou was such a great find! It's right above Shipaiqiao subway station, so the location is absolutely fantastic. Getting to Tiyu Xilu and Zhujiang New Town is just a few stops away. When we checked in, we arrived quite early, and our original room type wasn't ready yet. The front desk saw we looked tired and gave us a free upgrade to a room with a projector! The room had a bay window overlooking the bustling cityscape of Tianhe, and the night view was incredibly atmospheric. The cleaning staff were super diligent, keeping the room spotless every single day, even the corners were sparkling clean. When we checked out, the front desk attendant even helped us call a taxi. The service was truly impeccable. For anyone looking to explore and enjoy the local food scene, this hotel is definitely the top choice – you can't go wrong with it!

## Environment: The hotel's surroundings are relatively good, though the downstairs area is a bit chaotic. Getting around is quite convenient; it's about a 7-8 minute walk to the beach. ## Hygiene: The hygiene is decent; I didn't see any visible dust. However, I'd suggest cleaning the balcony glass more thoroughly. When sitting there, you can still see things through the glass, and addressing these small details can be a pleasant surprise for guests. ## Service: As a hotel-style apartment, there isn't much service beyond basic check-in and check-out. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. ## Facilities: Basic facilities plus a refrigerator are all provided. For dining, you can take a taxi to Ermalu Road. Definitely don't drive, as parking is a nightmare there. If you're coming to Shanwei solely for the food, I'd recommend staying near Ermalu Road; you won't even need a taxi! If you're looking to enjoy the sea, Jinma Bay is indeed the best choice.

The loft is two stories, perfect for more than two people. The room was quite clean and came with a washing machine with a drying function, an induction cooker, and a clothes rack, making it great value for money. The small staircase has automatic sensor lights, which is convenient for getting up at night, but it might disturb someone sleeping downstairs beneath the stairs. The front desk staff were very kind. We checked in very late on the day, and they proactively informed us of check-in procedures and the detailed address, which was very thoughtful. The only minor drawback was that when it was hot and the air conditioning was on, the area above the stairs got quite warm.
