A fantastic stay! Highly recommend. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby. The service was attentive, and the staff were warm and thoughtful, providing meticulous service from check-in to check-out. The front desk was very responsive and efficient in handling issues. The environment was comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The common areas were elegant, and the lounge areas were comfortable.

Staff were helpful despite the language barrier, they were very kind when i used translate app to communicate. There was an unpleasent smell coming out of the toilet With the free airport service it only took 10 minutes to get to the airport. Also there was a convenience store right next to the hotel which is useful. Note: Make sure you bring a Chinese travel adapter for your chargers, the room had one but it was 80 yuan.

How to say it, the hotel's sanitation is not bad, not as good as expected, it is more convenient to be close to the train station, the service is not bad, the room sanitation wall is a bit poor, the room facilities are not so complete, after all, the price is here, overall it is good!

So nice and comfy. We arrived here early morning. The receptionist was very helpful and let us check in as soon the room was done. The hotel is at very good location. Taxi is so cheap. I recommend to use taxi for all your journey in Louyang. The room is spacious. It has all the necessities. There are so many shops near by the hotel. There is a restaurant on the second floor as well.

Overall, it's pretty good and quite budget-friendly. The bedding is comfortable! We had a pleasant stay! The hygiene was also quite clean, and breakfast was delicate. I recommend staying here; it's convenient for transportation and dining nearby!

Convenient transportation, just 20 meters from the subway station, easy to find, surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, and a street full of snacks. The accommodation is nice and clean, with disposable towels and other amenities, including a separate washing machine and refrigerator. The price is reasonable, and check-in at the front desk is super fast. In short, it's great! 👍 Trust me, this is perfect for short or long-term stays.

The hotel is situated near the old town which is one of the main attractions in the city. The boss of the hotel is super friendly and helpful. Besides, he can speak English. Highly recommended place to stay!

The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it convenient for shopping and dining. Parking is also very convenient. There's a terrace garden on the fourth floor and a laundry room on the fifth floor. It's a great choice for business travelers. Highly recommended!
