The location is a bit far for those who don't know the tower, it's quite a bit back. The cooking utensils are good, but there's no water heater.

Excellent stay and great value for money I had a very pleasant and satisfying stay at this hotel for 4 nights. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Although the hotel is an older property, the condition of the room was well taken care of. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location is also very strategic, directly opposite a shopping mall and surrounded by many shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for guests. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of choices. However, it would be even better if the hotel could change or rotate the menu daily, as most of the dishes were quite similar each day. Overall, this hotel is definitely value for money. I was very satisfied with my 4 night stay and would definitely stay here again if I visit Cikarang in the future.

A very good hotel, close to the airport. In a city like Jakarta, where traffic jams are common, choosing a hotel near the airport is a wise decision. The only drawback is that even if you arrive early, you have to wait until 2 PM for check-in. What was heartwarming was that we didn't know breakfast was available, and the staff specially came to inform us in the morning. Although the breakfast was simple, the hotel's service deserves high praise!

We booked this hotel simply because we had an overnight layover and needed somewhere close to the airport. At this price, we honestly didn’t expect much — and yes, it has air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi and basic toiletries. That’s about it. The biggest problem was that our room was on B1. There were mosquitoes everywhere, and the room had a strong, unpleasant underground smell. The room was also extremely tiny. Even with just hand-carry luggage, we struggled to find space and eventually had to put it in the bathroom. If you have large suitcases, good luck. There is also nothing around the hotel — no convenience store, no restaurants worth mentioning. The entire area is basically just airport hotels. So, if your only requirement is “I need somewhere cheap to close my eyes for one night before my next flight,” then sure, this place will do. But if you expect anything beyond the absolute basics, stay somewhere else. Being close to the airport is pretty much the only thing this hotel has going for it. They do offer airport transfers, which is a nice service, but the operating hours are 6:00 AM–9:30 PM, so unfortunately it didn’t work for our flight schedule. In short: cheap, close to the airport, and that’s about it. You get what you pay for.

I stayed here few times because of the price also location wise. But dont expect like the usual hotel. Its just at par for the comfortness. For those who are sensitive with the cleanliness of toilets will definitely want to avoid.

Unfortunately I didn’t rest well here as it’s quite noisy. Noise from other guests next doors and you can hear people walk or open/close doors. If you’re a light sleeper like me, this is not the best choice. However, I appreciate the warm and easy services from all workers and free ride to/from the airport.

This is a really convenient solution for anyone who needs to spend a night at the airport or has a very early flight. The room is very small and basic, but well-organized: there's a bed and enough space to store luggage, so for one night, it has everything you need. The bathrooms are shared, but we found them very clean, as was the entire facility. Considering the convenience and especially the price, I'd say the value for money is truly excellent. It's obviously not meant for a long stay, but for sleeping a few hours between flights, it's absolutely perfect!

Located on one side of Terminal 3, it's quite a distance from Concourse A. Departures are on the third floor, arrivals on the first. This hotel is on the floor in between, let's call it the second floor. There's an escalator next to it, as shown in picture two. What's misleading is that the hotel's exterior signage is as shown in picture one, and you only see the name 'Passgo' after entering the main door. Finally, climbing up to the capsule on the second floor, I bumped my leg on the door frame. Everyone, please be careful. I guess I'll just lie down for a bit.

Had a short overnight stay here at IBIS Budget during my layover from Bali to Kuala Lumpur but due to flight delay, we missed out complimentary airport shuttle to the hotel by about 5 minutes. That was a bummer but no choice, I believe they have to stick to their schedule. Check in was simple but room was a tad small and I totally do not like how the layout of the WC and shower stall but I guess this is due to room size. What I like however, is that breakfast is served early, we took the 4:45am shuttle to the airport and was down at the lobby by 4:30 and breakfast is already served.
