GGuest UserThe hotel is part of the Balderama group which runs the Copper Canyon tours. The hotel is old and needs a bit of renovation. The staff is helpful but not particularly fluent in English. The had no problems storing our luggage after check out. There is a room (business centre) on the first floor that we could relax in and wait for our departure. The breakfast was good food but the service was chaotic. The dining room was very noisy.

GGuest UserVery basic, but appropriate and expected for the price. The extra, unexpected bonus was the thoughtfulness and kindness of the very young lady on Reception during day-times. She lifted the experience from ”ordinary” to ”special”.

GGuest Userhotel, cleaning and location are at 100 the only bad thing is that the rooms do not have enough sunshine means that everything that is done outside is heard in the room to us touched us the 2nd floor near the dining room too unfortunately we went When the police were hosting and at 6:00am was already with his scandal out and there was no peace to rest

GGuest UserThe hotel is amazing! Really cheap, modern, amazing facilities, everything quite well! I even allowed me to enter my room 1 hour before why my flight arrived before. The only thing I would suggest is that you give a painting to some walls in the bathroom that are painted by moisture, but nothing from the other world, really a hotel 10/10 in an amazing area.
