2-Star Hotels in Al Madinah Province, Saudi Arabia

There was Gas smell in the lift. I complained but the guys said that that was a freshner. 24 hour smelly lifts.

All Staff were very kind 😇 friendly 😀 Especially Mohammed marouf and his team in restaurant were outstanding words can't explain his kindness. I definitely want to come again with my family to stay at grand plaza badr al makam. My All family were so happy with service we received at hotel and thanks to Mr Marouf. Also in house keeping Mr khan and Mr Ayaht were very friendly plait helpful. Bell boy team All very kind nice friendly. All I have to said well done all the people I mention they are outstanding and there's team. Keep up to it.welldine boy 👦 💙

Our 1st room was untidy, smelly and dark. This was situated on the 4th floor. We request to change our room and without any issue room was changed. We were on the 10th floor, room were clean and tidy *************. Overall no issue, near to haraam (prophet mosque) gate no 302 & 303. Please note these gates are far from ladies gates which are 328.329.330, therefore please keep in your mind. Bathroom was clean and roomy :) Overall didn't found any issue.

The room was indeed high-end for us who had just come from Ora. However, it was all show and no substance. The hot water ran out after ten minutes, and the hair dryer didn't work after a few minutes. Although it was fixed later, the shelf in the toilet was broken, and the clothes hung on the clothesline fell to the floor...

Good location. Parking available. Many restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean. Some Room AC were slow and should be replaced.

A very clean and tidy hotel, Masha'Allah. The location is in the middle of a residential area, but it's easy to get to. I highly recommend it.
