"Hotel is good economic option with good room. Amenities are good but quality needs to be improved. It’s 3-4 mins walk from gate 310, which is quite easy access. There was issue in hanging clothes due to low rods in cupboards. Pakistani restaurants are at door step. It has good parking. WiFi is fine and work with sometime showing hiccups. Fridge, cattle and har dryer good. Lift is very good. No delays in moving from hotel to haram. Hotel needs improvement their washing services because even washed bed sheets had hair."

I definitely want to come again with my family to stay at grand plaza badr al makam. My All family were so happy with service we received at hotel and thanks to Mr Marouf. Also in house keeping Mr khan and Mr Ayaht were very friendly plait helpful. Bell boy team All very kind nice friendly. All I have to said well done all the people I mention they are outstanding and there's team. Keep up to it.welldine boy 👦 💙

QQmehmoodOur 1st room was untidy, smelly and dark. This was situated on the 4th floor. We request to change our room and without any issue room was changed. We were on the 10th floor, room were clean and tidy *************. Overall no issue, near to haraam (prophet mosque) gate no 302 & 303. Please note these gates are far from ladies gates which are 328.329.330, therefore please keep in your mind. Bathroom was clean and roomy :) Overall didn't found any issue.

The hot water ran out after ten minutes, and the hair dryer didn't work after a few minutes. Although it was fixed later, the shelf in the toilet was broken, and the clothes hung on the clothesline fell to the floor...
