The hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Riyadh. The rooms are well-equipped, though the beds in the twin room are a bit small, just enough for an adult who is 1.8m tall. It seems most twin rooms in Riyadh hotels have beds this size. There's a large Lulu supermarket just a 5-minute walk behind the hotel, which is super convenient for daily necessities.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the view from my window was stunning. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and tidy. Old and tired hotel Staff not happy and no smile no greeting The room is big but lack of design We want a working toilet but it was a bit problematic as they don’t have shower partition water just flooded out everywhere We needed to open the drain cover to drain out the water to save that from flooding the room
