The hotel was new, very nice, and well-equipped. The king-size bed was also new, and the mattress was new and firm, which we liked, and we slept very well. The rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was very generous and featured local specialties.
The hotel was not far from the city center, but not directly in the tourist hub. The view from the hotel to the main street might not be the prettiest, but that wasn't what we were looking for. The historic center, with its mosque and fortress complex and central square (a UNESCO World Heritage site), was easily reachable on foot.

Aside from the slightly high price (500+ for a room, which felt a bit simple in terms of decor and amenities compared to the cost), everything else was perfect. It's right at the entrance to the ancient city, and you can get dropped off directly at the hotel by taxi. It's also very quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very warm and even helped us into our taxi when we checked out.
The train was delayed and arrived late at night, but the staff at the front desk responded well and lifted my luggage to the room on the 3rd floor. The courtyard is comfortable, the rooms are clean and equipped with amenities.
It was a little difficult to understand the location, but I arrived when I walked along the signboard.
The best thing about this place is its cleanliness. We had a very comfortable four-day stay. The service was attentive and considerate. It's a quiet place, just a 3-5 minute walk from the old town. We had a great time exploring the old town over four days. Thank you to the owner for providing us with such a comfortable place to stay!
Location-wise, the hotel is not in the city center, but that’s not a big issue in Bukhara, the city is small and a taxi ride of around 10–15 minutes gets you anywhere.
However, there is a construction site right next to the hotel. Work starts early in the morning, if you’re planning a trip anytime soon, I would not recommend staying here due to the noise . And the breakfast is quite disappointing.
Most importantly, the hygiene standard was concerning. The toilet paper provided in our room appeared to be visibly stained.
The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to all the main attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Because it's set back a bit from the main street, it's very quiet at night. Since it's still relatively new, the interior is clean and well-maintained. Bathrobes were provided. The staff were very kind and helpful; they offered me cold water at reception when I came back in from the heat and even set up my next destination on Yandex Go for me.
The breakfast had more than enough food.
On my last day, as I was getting into the taxi, a staff member came out from reception, waved, and saw me off.
Featuring a garden, Family guest house Ali Abbos features accommodations in Bukhara. Among the facilities at this property are room service and bicycle parking, along with free Wifi throughout the property.
This guest house also includes a terrace that doubles up as an outdoor dining area. The accommodation offers an air conditioning, a heating, and a private bathroom.
Rustam the owner is very service oriented and arranged for our pick up at Bukhara Station. We had a very nice stay in his home which has ensuite bathroom in the bedroom.
Dun expect hotel quality as this is homestay and with basic breakfast.
It is a short walk in the mosque with 4 minarets and a 15 mins to the place where they are restaurants.
Bukhara is an interesting city to visit but the food factor for Eastern Asian tourists like Japanese , Korean and Chinese food is lacking as with western cuisine though burgers and pizzas are not staple for western tourists.
Overall , very happy stay with Rustam and will come back again
Room is clean and neat. Location is good that you can walk to many tourist attractions. It is run by a family. The two young boys can speak English. They are helpful and talkative. I would definitely choose this hotel when I visit bukhara again.

MMladenowskiWe enjoyed a brief, one-night stay at this charming hotel, and it left a positive impression. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering comfort and a cozy atmosphere. Its location was truly unbeatable—just a few steps from the main square in the heart of the old city, making it the perfect base for exploring the historical sights and vibrant local culture.
The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure our stay was smooth. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who graciously covered our taxi fare when I didn’t have smaller banknotes on hand—an unexpected gesture that truly reflected the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
Breakfast was modest but satisfactory, offering a simple continental selection that provided an easy, light start to the day. While it wasn’t particularly remarkable, it served its purpose for a short stay.
Overall, our time at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The combination of its prime location, clean accommodations, and attentive service made for an enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for travelers seeking convenience and a warm welcome in the city’s historic center.
PS please put tea bags in original covers and add coffee into drinks selection.

HH MatthiasEasily my favourite stay throughout my trip in Uzbekistan. It's run by a beautiful family who was so welcoming and friendly.
You really experience a comfortable but local and authentic stay in the heart of Bukhara, just a couple minutes' walk from the main sites.
My room was cozy and very clean, and breakfast served daily was always delicious and filling. They offer free pick up and drop off service to both the train station and airport, and even did my laundry free of charge. Really hospitable place that came at a more than reasonable price. I highly recommend!
GGuest UserThis was the best hotel I stayed at in Uzbekistan!
The atmosphere was great, and above all, the location was perfect.
I ate at the hotel restaurant at night, and personally, it was the best food I had in Bukhara.
The service was also excellent, and I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Bukhara!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is good, the taxi from the airport will arrive soon without traffic jams. The handsome guy at the front desk of the hotel is warm and friendly, serious and responsible, and communicates smoothly. Go out to help us call the car every day. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was very quiet and could rest well. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I like Buhari very much, I will come back if I have a chance, and I will stay at this hotel.
GGuest UserA great family hotel! Located very convenient - in foot access from the old city, the nearest sightseeing is Lyabi House. You can get to the hotel by taxi, although some facilities in the old city can only be reached on foot. Hotel staff is very friendly, hospitality. The host of the hotel has turned on heating as it has already been cold at night on the street. You can leave things in the hotel after expulsion, walk around the city a few hours before the train. I liked breakfast. Especially remembered a delicious home baking, dinas, carrots!
KKarDLEYaThe hotel was booked completely unreviewed, guided by the intuition)) And the intuition didn't fail me! A beautiful new hotel in authentic style, with materials, furniture, plumbing expensive, qualitative. The room is spacious, lingerie white, Towels are fluffy! Breakfasts are wonderful! And of course very nice responsive hosts and all the staff of the hotel. Good luck and prosperity to them!!!
The hotel is located in the historic centre of Bucharest on a very authentic narrow street, to the main attractions in a rushing step from 2 to 20 minutes.
