The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

If there's any resort that will break your traditional perception of what a resort should be, then this hotel is sure to offer a novel experience! From the moment you step in, the dominant 'white' aesthetic greets your eyes, continuing into the front desk area with its 'white' theme... then, as you move through the sea-view elevators and into your room, the design flow is simply novel and marvelous! Upon entering the room, the first thing you notice is the unbeatable sea view. What's even more surprising is how the room, thanks to two strategically placed mirrors, visually appears three times larger! Plus, the double sofa bed on the balcony is a thoughtful and perfect touch. Sunbathing, enjoying the sea breeze, and having a little drink – it doesn't get more relaxing than that! The hotel boasts its own private access to the beach, which is incredibly convenient. Just swipe your room card, use the back exit, cross the road, and you're there – no need to even go out the main entrance! Super convenient! If you're planning a trip to Antalya, you absolutely must experience this hotel, even if it's just for a day. You'll fall in love with it!

We stayed with two friends for 5 days. The facilities and activities were adequate. The food was very good and the staff was very attentive. I can go again.

After our wedding, my husband and I were exhausted from the long flight and overnight bus travel. We were so touched and happy that the hotel upgraded our room and beautifully decorated our bedroom as a honeymoon service. Out of the three accommodations we stayed at in Turkey, this was the only one that decorated for our honeymoon. The staff were also very friendly. The all-inclusive package was absolutely worth every penny. However, the massages are expensive and not really worth the price. I had two massages, and the second one felt like an even bigger waste of money. The Hammam, in particular, isn't really worth getting. You could get a much higher quality and longer massage for the same price at a Korean bathhouse or a different massage parlor. Also, it was disappointing that they always cut the massage short by 5 minutes, especially considering it wasn't cheap. Aside from that, everything else was great! There are smoking areas scattered throughout, which is great for smokers but might be a bit uncomfortable for non-smokers.

On Trip we booked Kamelya Aishen, but this hotel is closed now, so they provide room in Kamelya Selin which is fine. All inclusive is good to stay with children, food, drinks and ice-cream unlimited. Bar and restaurant is wonderful with good choice of everything! Big plus + Building nearby the beach with two swimming pool indoor & outdoor. +Mini club and disco open for kids everyday. - this hotel not provide toothbrush no toothpaste, so reception said go to shop to buy it... - noisy housekeeping service when they cleaning rooms from morning until everything very disturbing us!

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

This isn't my first time at this hotel, and we absolutely love coming back here. I think this might be the only hotel in Antalya with its own private sandy beach! And I mean truly private! At other hotels, even if they claim 'private,' you often end up on a public beach or there's no sand at all (just cliffs leading straight into the sea with ladders). This hotel, however, has both sand and its own piers, plus convenient ladders for getting into the water. The heated pools are comfortable for swimming (I'm a southerner and I love warmth). In the mornings, there are group sessions for stretching and yoga. The food is delicious EVERYWHERE, and it's all included in the All-Inclusive package. Missed breakfast? No problem. You can grab pide, gözleme, or even ice cream near the beach. I particularly love the mini coffee shop by the red pool; the staff there make excellent coffee and various refreshing smoothies and cocktails. After lunch, there are lovely afternoon snacks with cakes, waffles, and delicious tea available in the same area, near the red pool. Dinners here are simply superb – the variety of dishes is incredible. On Wednesdays, they even served sushi. There are live performances by local artists during dinner, so in the evening, you can enjoy your meal and a glass of wine to harmonious music. After dinner, you can head to a full concert on the local stage – dancers, singers, cover bands, DJs (the hotel's website always lists who's performing and at what time, and it generally has a well-organized daily program). And if it suddenly rains and you feel cold, you can warm up in the steam room (which is quite good), sauna, or hammam. There's a pianist who plays periodically in the lobby during the day. I adore neoclassical music, so I was completely captivated and sat there listening to him. Guests here come from all sorts of countries and continents: Africa, Australia, the UK, Europe, all former USSR countries, and Middle Eastern countries. It's a shame I didn't see any guests from Asia; they were definitely missed in this friendly international atmosphere. It's truly interesting to chat with vacationers from such diverse cultures. Now, for the downsides (because nothing's perfect): The hotel rooms are showing their age. In our room, things would periodically fall off: light switches, power outlets, the bidet faucet. The sink was often clogged, so we had to call for it to be cleaned. The window seals could use replacing too, as they no longer block out street noise effectively. This next point might be neutral for some and a con for others: Not all staff speak German, Russian, or even English. We spoke one of the three, and most of the time we were understood and received a reply in one of those languages. However, there were instances where housekeepers only spoke Turkish and didn't understand any English. We had to use a translator for Turkish to communicate. The outdoor pools are closed from early October to the end of April (inclusive), with only the indoor pool operating. From May to the end of September, only the outdoor pools are open. Conclusion: I'd rate this hotel an 8/10. All the pros outweigh the cons.

The hotel has its own private beach with sun loungers, which is definitely a huge plus. There's a hammam, sauna, gym, indoor pool in the spa, and an outdoor pool. However, for our entire three-day stay, the Turkish room in the spa (which looked stunning with marble in the hotel photos) was out of order. We asked at the spa when it would be fixed and were told 'tomorrow,' but it never reopened. Our room wasn't very spacious, and the ventilation fan in the toilet was extremely noisy when the light was on. Also, the toilet seat and lid were loose. I specifically booked a sea-view room. The window did indeed face the sea, but it was SO dirty. I really think a hotel should maintain this; there hadn't been rain in a while, so the windows could have been cleaned (I've attached a photo – those spots on the sky are from the dirty window). The buffet was fantastic. I tried some dishes, fruits, and vegetables for the very first time (like purple olives, for instance). There's also a rule that you can't bring food and drinks into your room (I'm not talking about breakfast food, but items from a store), but upon check-in, they didn't even provide us with water, which was disappointing. Overall, the impression is good; the beach and breakfasts were excellent. However, for a Marriott hotel with 5 stars and the price per night, it feels like they should offer significantly better service and attention.

Upon arrival, a valet promptly assisted us with our luggage, making the check-in process incredibly smooth. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and enthusiastic, assigning us a lovely sea-view room on the 7th floor. The ocean views were absolutely stunning! The hotel boasts five swimming pools, and you can even take an elevator directly down to the beach for snorkeling. There's also a spacious gym. The landscaping is beautifully done, and we just loved this hotel perched on a cliff along the Mediterranean coast. We booked a package that included breakfast and dinner, and the meals were incredibly generous – so much so that we couldn't even finish it all, which meant we ended up skipping lunch because breakfast was so filling! I found the restaurant staff to be very warm and friendly. Contrary to some online rumors about discrimination, I actually felt that Turkish people are very kind and hospitable towards Chinese visitors. If we ever return to Antalya, we'll definitely be staying at this hotel again.
