It was a little scary location because of a few homeless people were around the hotel.
All the staff were very nice and kind.
The shower in the bathroom was not much pressure though but other than that we liked there.
The location is average, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the cable car, it is not tiring to slide in and out, the parking fee is 65 knives a day, and the hotel service fee plus tax is almost 70 knives a day.
The bad review was for the hot tub. The water was warm at first, but not hot. It was not hot enough for a hot tub. The tourists who were soaking in it said that they had called the workers to fix it. My child and I started to feel slightly hot water pouring in a few minutes after we went in. After about 10 minutes, the water was a little hotter than at the beginning, but suddenly a large amount of cold water began to pour in. The pool quickly became cold, so we left quickly. The next morning, my child and I both caught a cold.

You're going to love this hotel. The location is fantastic with free valet parking.
Great walking paths with access to all of Vail. We went in the off season, when the Hotel was taking care of some renovations. The GM stopped by our room, that he didn't realize was occupied, to check on a change to the canopy of the bed. Even though he did not enter, he felt like it was an intrusion and offered a complimentary spa visit. Now that's great customer service! The massage I received was top notch in their stunning spa and we'll definitely be returning!
T did not check in due to personal reasons, but the cancellation service provided by this hotel and Ctrip is very good. Sonnealp this hotel must have the opportunity to stay.
Overnight parking fee extra $60. Pretty much mandatory because the valet people tell you them parking your car is your only option so there is no free parking with them. Front desk stated there website mentions it but I booked through a 3rd party and I never saw parking there was an extra charge. With it being a pricey hotel I was being very considerate with not getting any extra charges and came to a conclusion parking was one of them! Also 3rd floor room 424 is too close to bar and kitchen and is noisy.
The food is generally delicious. This is a very large hotel. The service of the staff is good. The location was very convenient and nice.

GGuest UserMy recent stay at The St. Regis Aspen Resort was truly a good one – actually, it was outstanding! This iconic property lives up to the St. Regis reputation for refined elegance and impeccable service, making it the perfect base for an Aspen getaway.
Location (10/10):
Perfectly situated at the base of Aspen Mountain, the resort is just steps from world-class skiing, high-end shopping, and vibrant dining scenes. You can ski-in/ski-out in winter, and in summer, it's ideal for hiking or simply enjoying the stunning Rocky Mountain views. The convenience can't be beat.

TTrapGodParking at Denver Downton is a difficult task, the hotel offers Valet, with an unlimited number of $50 per day. Valet service special gentleman, usually give a $10 tip for each car pick and Drop off (as generous as possible, you can't be rich, you can't be rich, others will remember you when you have a good impression). The hotel is close to zoos, museums, Union Station, rugby stadiums and more. Like quiet advice, call the hotel one or two days in advance and let the hotel give Assign a Non-Joining room.
HHUAThe hotel environment is comfortable and quiet. It also has its own ski resort, and the slopes are very good! The food in the hotel restaurant is fresh and delicious. Very suitable for vacation and family vacation!
