I don’t know where to start. We recently stayed at the Windsor Court with friends our as the property came highly recommended and it certainly did not disappoint. The moment our driver pulled up and the doorman raced out with umbrellas we knew service was going to be impeccable. Everyone here is friendly, professional and very well trained to pay attention to detail and make you feel warm and welcome. Our rooms was nice and spacious, when traveling with a 4 year old we always appreciate space to spread out. Dinning venues are all great but I do have to say sitting in the lounge with an adult beverage and a bowl of gumbo was very enjoyable. We met lots of great staff including John Taylor who tools a few moments to chat with us and again just to be friendly and make you feel welcome. The only negative item was the tea service we took our daughter to just seemed to miss the mark a little bit was very appropriately priced for what it was. We would whole heartedly recommend this property and will absolutely stay here again!

The hotel as a whole feels good, clean and very convenient. It is only five minutes away from the main road. It is not noisy and safe. There is a Luke restaurant downstairs from Hilton, and you can eat directly. Just a few minutes walk from the famous felix ’s restaurant.

I’ve stayed here six months ago and came back because I love the gym and the location of this hotel. I work out everyday and usually struggle with hotel’s fitness centers but this hotel has a state of the art gym. I could spend all day at their gym. I stayed in a one bedroom suite with the view to Mississippi River which I love. Front desk was friendly and checked us in quick. Valet parking was quick and smooth. The room was clean. No coffee stains this time and I appreciate that. Pool bar service was quick and efficient this time. Cocktail by the pool were amazing. Their restaurant on the first floor still needs to improve menu options. I was disappointed to see they still offer just one vegan option (curry)in which I had tried before so I had to ask them to make me a vegan dish. My husband had their pepperoni pizza right out of their new pizza oven but it was burnt. The chef made me a delicious vegan dish but I don’t like to have to ask for it every time. The cocktail menu had no ingredients listed so you have no idea of what you are ordering. I ordered a cocktail but didn’t know there was gin in it and I hate gin. Overall, excellent service, room and gym. I will be back.

Good location, just on the French street, 5 minutes walk from each red store. The hotel is beautiful and the small indoor garden is perfect for afternoon tea. The local Jumbo soup is also available for free at the hotel lobby, similar to the black pepper seafood soup, which tastes good. At the time of check-in, the front desk asked me if I would upgrade the room type, I agreed, but the upgraded room was charge100 knife in the club room, but the room was small, only half a window, so I decided to change back to the original garden interior room, I think The room is bigger and more comfortable.
