My stay at Sofitel Casablanca Tour Blanche was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a Accor luxury hotel.
Service was unprofessional from check-in, breakfast quality and hygiene were poor, and even simple orders took far too long.
Most seriously, personal belongings were taken from my room, and the hotel failed to conduct any proper investigation or provide follow-up despite multiple complaints.
Overall, poor management and serious security concerns. I would not recommend this hotel.

JekosI really like this hotel. The staff are very competent and friendly. Everything is very clean. The breakfast is very diverse and delicious. There's also a gym and a pool with a jacuzzi.

Anonymous UserA beautiful hotel, well designed and well placed to get to the main places to visit in Casablanca. The staff on reception and the concierge were delightful, smiley and cheerful always- we really appreciated it.
The dining area staff we encountered were not as cheery or helpful. The breakfast was mediocre, a meagre selection and not appealing. We didn’t like the fact that we had to wait to be served drinks in the morning, hot water, tea and coffee should be on tap for multiple visits during breakfast. The person behind the drinks bar was slow to take and make the orders and not particularly helpful- some cafetières or tea and coffee dispensers would remedy this. The room itself had a few cosmetic imperfections and could do with a deep clean, including the walls. We were surprised to see a lack of bidet showers in the bathroom, which was inconvenient and not in keeping with the culture we were expecting.
Finally, the water went off a couple of times and the lifts were not in working on one occasion, both were rectified fairly quickly, but it was an inconvenience as we were not able to complete our morning ablutions.

The hotel has been around for a while, and some of the facilities are a bit outdated. However, it's very close to the old town, making it super convenient for shopping both in front of and behind the hotel. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied.

Dear Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca Team,
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience we had during our honeymoon at your hotel. The welcoming decorations in our room, adorned with beautiful rose flowers, made our stay truly special.
I would like to give a special mention to Aida, who took exceptional care of us throughout our visit. Every time we needed assistance, she was there, ensuring our comfort and happiness.
Additionally, I want to thank the front desk manager, Samiya Bernoussi, for accommodating our request for a late check-out after we learned about our flight delay. Your attentiveness and kindness are greatly appreciated.
Thank you once again to all the staff for making our honeymoon unforgettable.
Sincerely,

I booked a twin room with a city view, and when I checked in, I asked the front desk for a room with a better view. To my delight, I was upgraded to a sea view room! From the room, I could see the Hassan II Mosque and the ocean, which was a fantastic view. However, there were some issues with the facilities. The shower drain was severely clogged, and there was only one bathrobe in a double room, and only one mouthwash cup in the bathroom. Since I was only staying for one night, I didn't bother to complain. It felt like the hotel's hygiene and service weren't up to standard. I hope my review helps them improve their service quality.

Guest UserBefore our departure to Morocco, our return flight got cancelled by the airline, so we had to book an additional day to stay at Barcelo Anfa, which was the same hotel we were scheduled to stay at from the tour company. Luckily, Trip.com helped and we got a very good deal. We had an extra day to explore Casablanca and continued to enjoy Barcelo Anfa’s clean and spacious room, friendly staff, and convenient location, especially the traditional Moroccan live entertainment at the lounge. We will definitely stay here if we ever return to Casablanca.

The hotel room was exceptionally good, I especially liked how the television sets in each room (living and bedroom) were concealed behind mirrors. The price was exceptional for such a high standard. One strange thing, (just so you know this is a genuine review), the kitchen didn't come with any cutlery despite having a cutlery draw and container and cooking facilities. I visit every year prior to a family holiday and will certainly stay here from now on

We had a small accident upon arrival and the hotel staff provided us the best possible help they can and I am glad to say that we are only able to settle that little incident with their helps. As our last stop at Morocco this is definitely a remarkable stop that not only offers us comfort but also ease.
Not related to this hotel but definitely beware on the taxi drivers in Casablanca. More cunning and greed on charges than any drivers at other cities.

Be careful this hotel!!!!!
It's my first time to leave a bad review. Never go to this hotel for Asians. I made a reservation because the hotel's design is unique, but the facilities are very old. The front desk worker said something ****** about Asians when he greeted me on the last day. Maybe he thought I didn't know that. I asked him why he said that, and he quickly changed his words. Racism should never be anywhere.
