4-Star Hotels in Namur, Belgium

We had an incredibly disappointing stay at Mercure Namur from 13 August to 15 August . Our experience was ruined by the inconsiderate behavior of neighboring French guests, who made excessive noise past midnight ( between 12:30 until 4:30 am….)Despite the constant loud music, shouting, and banging on the walls, and slamming the doors etc maybe they lost some money at Casino. I contacted the front desk , they made noises again after hotel security left. This made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. We were awaken until 4.30 am . We expected a peaceful stay, but instead, we spent the night in frustration. I hope by bringing these matters to your attention, similar incidents can be prevented in the future ensuring better restful experience for all guests.

The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, situated right in the heart of the village and just a short walk from the famous caves and wildlife park. Our room was wonderfully spacious, exceptionally clean, and designed with a modern, comfortable touch that made us feel at home instantly. The beds provided a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The staff were remarkably friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any request or local recommendation. We also really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property and the overall high standard of service. Everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. It truly provided the ideal base for our family trip, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to everyone!

My second stay. Quite convenient if we go by car to namur. A lot of furniture interior shop around (unexpected, but nice). 10 min to city center by car. There are a few bus from city with stop in front of hotel, but the frequency is like 1hr or more. Parking is great at the hotel. Room is good, chic and large. The bar is nice.

Nice infra and room setup, easy to park and free. Charging very close to hotel. No staff visible at the reception at night.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. ✨ The room is spacious, super clean, modern and hyper warm in this hotel 🏨, you feel really good with a bed of incredible comfort and a beautiful shower in Italian. 🚿 Wellness space is a real peacekeeping garden with the pool The jacuzzi is very light on the green. 🌿 Special mention for the jacuzzi and its two seats with the jets for the back and especially the topish bed with jets that go from the sticks to the feet and down the back. 💆♂️ The sauna is also perfect for decompressing. 🔥 The outer frame and the paved court have a crazy charm to drink. ☀️ The staff are in small care and the bar is super warm. 🥂 We will come back without hesitation, I recommend closed eyes! 🙌

The whole mountain is a castle, overlooking the entire Namur city, the sensory effect is very good! The hotel staff is warm and active, the room is clean and tidy, a great experience!

The hotel is very comfortable, the room is very comfortable and very clean. The only problem at all was that we had to book for dinner at the hotel restaurant, for our surprise when we went to dinner they told us it was all full and if we have no booking we can't eat. We had to stay on the street with a young child to find something to eat what cost us very much
