Finally got to Wudang Mountain for some much-needed relaxation! This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel's ambiance is fantastic, especially the large terrace – the view is breathtaking. On a clear day, seeing the distant mountains and sea of clouds instantly brings a sense of peace. The room itself is designed in a new Chinese style, with thoughtful details, and the bathroom looks very high-quality; it was a really comfortable stay. Beyond the beautiful scenery, the overall experience was top-notch! In the afternoon, there's complimentary Shenshi tea, perfect for sitting down, sipping tea, and chatting – so pleasant. Breakfast was also delicious, with a rich variety of fresh options that left me feeling energized. You can also catch the sunset over at Nanyan Palace. The biggest surprise was the free Tai Chi class! Practicing Tai Chi with the instructor on the terrace in the evening, with the sky above and mountain breeze, was incredibly therapeutic. The instructor was very professional and responsible, correcting postures hand-in-hand and patiently guiding us, so even beginners could quickly pick it up. The service throughout was superb, making us feel completely at home. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Wudang Mountain!

This is my second time staying at the Echarm Hotel on Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. Because I had such a great experience during my first stay, I chose this hotel again when visiting Wuhan. The stay was comfortable as always, and this time I also witnessed something that really warmed my heart. It seemed that an elderly overseas Chinese family had left their luggage at the airport, but since they didn't have a Chinese mobile number, they asked the front desk staff for help contacting the airport airline to track down their suitcases. It wasn't a huge matter, but the staff were extremely patient and attentive throughout the process, carefully confirming the lost location, suitcase color, and how to check on the follow-up progress with the airline. The elderly couple were so grateful and gave them a thumbs-up. While waiting for a friend in the lobby, I witnessed the whole thing, and it just made my heart feel so warm. In an unfamiliar place, a hotel can offer you more than just a room to rest your body—it can also provide a sense of security that your soul can rely on. At that moment, I felt this hotel delivered just that, and my fondness for it grew even more. I hope to see more Echarm Hotels when I travel in the future, and I also hope you maintain this wonderful service quality! Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up!

After a brief trip to Enshi, I suddenly had the whim to take a high-speed train to Wuhan for a one-night layover before heading home, so I gave it a try... and managed to book this dream room with the absolute best view during the National Day golden week! Although the room isn't huge, the stunning view totally makes up for it~ We arrived close to midnight, but before going to bed I made sure to snap a photo of the night view outside the window and quickly set an alarm ⏰ for the sunrise 🌅~ I guess the God of Fortune really favors me! My wish came true~ After enjoying the gorgeous sunrise while still half-asleep, I headed upstairs for breakfast. Greated by the freshly risen sun 🌞, a wonderful day began~ Having breakfast while meditating and zoning out was sheer bliss~ I'll definitely choose this Atour hotel again next time I'm in Wuhan. Convenient transportation, everything you could possibly need right downstairs, just across the street from the pedestrian pedestrian street, and easy to get anywhere nearby! A thoroughly satisfying stay!

Amazing stay at Somerset VFC Wuhan. We extended our stay from 2 nights to 6 nights as this is our most favourite hotel of the world! Wuhan weather is sunny and nice. And the stay at the 2 bedroom apartment is incredible. We have a washer dryer, a kitchen with dishwasher, and a cozy living room just like home. From the hotel you can walk to Wuhan Zoo, or take subway to many beautiful places. The food in the mall attached to the hotel is incredible (strongly Recommended 来菜 which serve Hubei food). Hotel staff is nice and genuine. The breakfast is adequate with several Wuhan specialties as well. I would definitely go back to Wuhan just for this incredible hotel experience.

The service was excellent; seeing that we were two adults and two children, the staff proactively offered to add a tatami bed for us. The location is fantastic, right by Binjiang Avenue. In the evenings, a stroll along the river is lovely with the cool breeze and beautiful scenery. Just across the way is the Yiling Yangtze River Bridge, which you can walk across to get a panoramic view of both banks – majestic mountains on the south side and a bustling cityscape on the north. It’s only a few minutes' walk from the Wanda Tourist Center, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The local snacks nearby are also affordable. There's a free underground parking lot. Just contact the front desk in advance, and they'll send you the location. It's easy to find the parking lot by following the navigation. Thank you.

This hotel location is amazing. Right in the hurt of a busy street with night market surrounding. The entry is really spacious and bright. The room was also spacious. Breakfast was interesting. The hotel is a really short walk from the metro line 2 so perfect for our short stay. It s surrounded by eatery, shops and at night the road arounds are filled with street stalls which make it lovely. The room was basic but the bed were spacious and comfortable (1 queen bed + 2 single bed). Floor is carpeted and the room smell damped. Bathroom surface are only clean where it’s exposed and visible but area next to the glass or on the side of the bathtub show black mold spots. The curtain was also really mouldy so my kids weren’t keen to lowered it. And we didn t want the kids to be exposed to it so kept the curtain up. Apart from that, our stay was really pleasant and enjoyable. My kids were totally delight by their check out gift! Thank you for making it special for kids. If I come back to Wuhan, Dorsett will definetly be my first choice! It is exceptionally elegant, modern, and beautifully designed, offering a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, meticulously maintained, and thoughtfully presented. We would especially like to highlight the incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. Their outstanding hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after throughout our entire stay. The location is absolutely perfect! The hotel is right in the heart of everything, making it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding area and enjoy its unique atmosphere. Another wonderful benefit is the 20% discount vouchers for the traditional photoshoots, which are undoubtedly one of the main attractions for visitors to this area. We received the vouchers without any complications, which was a lovely added bonus. We can also highly recommend the breakfast! There is a delicious selection of freshly prepared Chinese dishes, all beautifully presented and of excellent quality. The hotel’s facilities are equally impressive. Both washing machines and dryers are available, which is especially convenient when travelling for an extended period. Even the airport transfer arranged by the hotel was perfectly organised and went absolutely smoothly. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations: the exceptional cleanliness, luxurious atmosphere, fantastic location, delicious breakfast, and, above all, the genuinely wonderful staff. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel without hesitation! It was one of the most beautiful hotels we stayed at during our travels through China, and we would happily return anytime. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

This hotel is right on Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, so it's super convenient to do anything once you step downstairs. There were a lot of people taking photos on the street below. Staying in a century-old building really gives you a sense of history and gravitas, which is completely different from the feel of a typical new high-rise hotel.

The location is fantastic, super convenient for getting around with the subway nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft I slept incredibly well. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast had a great variety. It's my top choice for business trips, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wuhan.
