We arrived at the hotel at 8am and were so lucky to be able to check in to our room. The hotel lobby was on the third floor, and it wasn’t very intuitive to locate. We booked the room with river view and it was facing the main road. I thought it would be very noisy as ear plugs provided in the room, however, it wasn’t that noisy and we could sleep through. Room was clean and water pressure/heater was good! Afternoon tea is provided if you are in your room in the afternoon. Otherwise you could opt for lattes in the morning before you set out to explore. The staff there were very service-orientated and accommodating. We were running late from our location and had already checked out with our luggage. They were so kind to bring the luggage down to the main room so we can continue to journey to the airport. It’s walking/cycling distance to九眼桥 and eateries. Good location! Will definitely come back when visiting Chengdu!

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! Right when I checked in, a staff member helped me with my luggage and even offered me a bottle of water. The room was spotless and well-maintained. On the 29th floor, there's a gym and a laundry room, which are both fully equipped. What I found particularly thoughtful was that if I went out in the morning, my laundry would be washed and returned to me by evening. The breakfast spread was also excellent, a great mix of Western and Chinese options, and the fruit was super fresh. I especially enjoyed the Dan Dan noodles – they were truly delicious. When I checked out, they even gave me two small panda souvenirs as a gift. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu.

Exiting from Lidui Park Station, the Central Hotel is right across the street. Looking down, it's only 84m away, so the location is exceptionally good. I stayed on a high floor and didn't hear any noise at night. The room had three types of drinks: milk, iced black tea, and yogurt. The service was also good. I didn't have time to visit the hot spring on the first basement floor. It's also close to the Blue Tears scenic spot, about a ten-minute walk. Since it's an older hotel, the facilities can't compare to those of newly opened hotels, but overall, it was a good experience.

The location is easy to find and very close to Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, but it's not on a busy street, so it's very quiet. The hotel is a standalone building with complete facilities, including Chinese and Western restaurants, a gym, and a laundry room. The ladies at the front desk were all very gentle and provided attentive service. We were traveling with a child and they proactively reserved a stroller for us, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was plentiful, and you could even enjoy Chengdu's local snacks right at the hotel – it was clean and hygienic. The afternoon tea pastries were also delicious. The staff knew we had a child and proactively changed the bedding every day. They also provided children's disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. The only downside was the lack of a children's step stool, which made it a bit difficult for our child to reach the sink, but the front desk brought a stool which helped solve the problem. Chengdu is an inclusive city, and we would choose this place again if we have the chance!

Hotel is clean. Near tianfu square. Easy to find.18/kk It just you have to que and wait a bit for the lift because in the building actualy have few hotels almost every floor. But overall. A nice and clean hotel to stay.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from IFS, which made getting around very easy. I arrived around 3 a.m., and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. All communication with the hotel staff was done via WeChat, which was very convenient and efficient. The staff kindly upgraded our room to a Tatami-style room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and comfortable. As a parent, I really appreciated the Tatami setup because my child could easily climb up and down the bed safely. I would like to give special praise to the breakfast, especially from a Muslim perspective. While the variety was not very large, it was more than sufficient and satisfying. There were many vegetable-based dishes, which made it easier for Muslims to eat without worry. The vegetarian options also make this hotel suitable for Muslim, Hindu, or guests who require kosher-friendly meals. Simple dishes like vegetables and porridge were available and enjoyable. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for families and travelers with specific dietary needs.

My stay at Chengdu Anyi Xinliang Hotel far exceeded my expectations! The hotel boasts an excellent location in the bustling city center, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and enjoying local cuisine. What I really want to commend is the front desk service; the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and checked me in efficiently. They were always patient and meticulous in providing the most thoughtful advice when I asked about local attractions and transportation, instantly making me feel the friendliness and warmth of Chengdu. The room was spacious and bright, decorated in a cozy and elegant style. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a high-quality sleep. The bathroom facilities were clean and modern, with good water pressure. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including authentic noodles and delicious Western pastries and drinks, allowing me to start my day energized. Overall, while the hardware might not be top-notch, the exceptional service and excellent value for money make it a reliable choice for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu!

This is my third time in Chengdu, and this hotel was a delightful surprise – truly a hidden gem! It feels like a private courtyard, quiet and secure, with excellent housekeeping. The room facilities are complete, and the best part is the very friendly price. The restaurant is on the first floor, so if you're feeling lazy, you can just order food there and relax. The location is super convenient; it's just a few hundred meters walk to the Sichuan Science and Technology Museum, the subway station entrance, Tianfu Hong Shopping Plaza, and People's Park. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu.

Would recommend to anyone staying in Jiuzhaigou. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Communication was excellent, with lightning-fast responses via a shared WeChat group, making it easy to ask questions or request help at any time. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, truly going above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They offered pick-up and drop-off services, assisted us with planning, and helped book our visits to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong National Parks. We honestly can’t thank them enough for their care and attention. The hotel is located near the entrance area of Jiuzhaigou (about 1.5 hours from Huanglong Jiuzhai Station) and just a few minutes’ drive from the national park entrance. While it’s not in the main town center with restaurants, the staff were extremely accommodating and happily drove us to nearby towns for dining. Overall, an exceptional stay with outstanding service.

We had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel in Chengdu. What truly made the experience special was the staff as they were incredibly warm, attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We communicated daily via WeChat, which made everything so easy and convenient. The room is also so beautiful with a bath overlooking the city! The complimentary coffee was such a lovely touch and made the stay feel even more welcoming. It really felt like the staff genuinely cared about our comfort and experience, not just as a guest but as people. I would absolutely recommend Louis Hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and would happily stay here again. The service alone makes it worth it!
