English: We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The room for two people was not very large, but it was very cozy and lovely. There is an open rooftop on the 14th floor with a beautiful view. The room has everything you need. The reception staff were very helpful and answered our questions quickly. Check-in was super fast, and the front desk staff were really enthusiastic and helpful. The room was spotless. When I checked out, I even got a little panda souvenir, which was a lovely touch. It's clear they put a lot of thought into the guest experience, which you really can't force. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and exceeded my expectations. It was spotlessly clean and remarkably quiet, making for a very peaceful stay. Any requests I had were promptly addressed! Excellent.

I got an upgraded room with a courtyard, which was quite spacious. There was a large table, very convenient for placing things. The air conditioning was powerful, and the entire room featured Xiao Du smart controls. For takeout, a robot delivered it right to my room, and quickly too – super convenient! I added them on WeChat, and they were always responsive. The staff's service attitude was excellent, thumbs up! The smart toilet was great, and the hygiene was also fine. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere. I forgot to take photos of the room. I stayed for 2 days and was quite satisfied. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. They even gave me a bracelet as a gift!

A truly excellent hotel that I highly recommend. The facilities are top-notch, and the breakfast offers a wide variety. The location is superb, very close to the subway, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel lobby is grand, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The service is warm and attentive, and it offers great value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu.

Room service was incredibly responsive and helpful – they answered every question promptly! Their service really stands out. After checking in, the front desk ladies immediately sent over a guide to all the best food, drinks, and activities in Leshan. They even reminded us about the breakfast options for the next morning, which was super reassuring. The next day, they proactively told us how to buy tickets for the Leshan Giant Buddha, including boat tickets. It’s perfect for a trip where you don’t want to do much planning, as they’ve thought of everything! The hotel itself is great, and it's a standalone building, which means you don't have to share elevators or floors with guests from other hotels. The environment is lovely, and it’s one of Leshan's more design-forward hotels, making it a great spot for photos too.

The facilities are brand new, and the linens and decor are excellent. The breakfast selection is quite good, with plenty of options. Upon check-in, I received a complimentary seabuckthorn juice, which was surprisingly tasty. A major plus is that it's just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area entrance, making it incredibly convenient. There's also a McDonald's and a bubble tea shop downstairs, so food and drinks are easily accessible. The front desk staff and servers were very professional and efficient at resolving any issues. I hope to stay here again on my next visit.

My stay at Jinding Xinxin Hotel was a great experience. The lobby was very clean and had a simple, cozy decor. Check-in was efficient. The room view was indeed fantastic, with mountains and a sea of clouds right outside the window, offering an expansive and uplifting vista. What I was most satisfied with was the hotel's location. It's very close to the Jinding observation deck, just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient to catch the sunrise and sunset without having to rush early in the morning. The staff were also very attentive. Before check-in, they even called to remind us about precautions for high-altitude areas and helped us plan the best times to see the sea of clouds and sunrise, which was very well-organized. Although conditions on the mountain are limited, this hotel offers some of the best facilities and service at Jinding. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the scenery with ease.

Traveling with elderly family members, the small fridge in the room was really convenient. The facilities were complete and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the decor was visually pleasing. I really liked sitting on the sofa and looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows – it felt just like home! 🥰 However, the room's soundproofing wasn't great; I could hear people talking loudly in the next room. Also, the food selection was a bit too limited and could definitely use some improvement. But as for the room itself, no complaints there!

Right next to the airport with a shuttle service, which is super convenient for a layover. The area is full of hotels, and as a Holiday Inn, the service was excellent. The breakfast was also quite substantial, comparatively speaking.

Exceptional service always shines through! I was heading to Tangjiahe to see wildlife, and Mianyang was the most convenient transfer point. I wanted a hotel near the station. I hadn't heard of Baden Hotel before, but seeing its 4.8 rating on Ctrip and the affordable price, I figured it wouldn't be too bad – so I booked it! From the station, it's about an 8-minute walk if you turn left and keep going. The Shenzhou Car Rental pickup point was also conveniently located along the way! Check-in was very efficient, and my pre-requested non-smoking and quiet room preferences were both met. The room even had a pillow menu and silent earplugs, which was a very thoughtful touch. The carpet in the guest corridor was new and clean; I asked and found out it had only been replaced a few months ago. Before dinner, the front desk recommended Yang Feichang Chinese Restaurant nearby. On my way out, I met a concierge staff member, who was dressed impeccably and behaved courteously, and helpfully gave me directions. Breakfast was abundant, and the bakery items were particularly outstanding – expertly made. They even had a few types of sourdough bread and I spotted honeycomb honey, which you usually only occasionally see at five-star hotels. Even more surprising, after I ordered rice noodles at the live cooking station, a restaurant employee proactively offered to bring it to my table. Their attitude was warm and friendly. This level of service far surpasses many five-star hotels in bigger cities! When checking out, I accidentally left a bag of fruit in the room. Just two minutes after leaving the hotel, I received a call from housekeeping, saying they would bring it down to me immediately. Warm, professional, efficient, and excellent value for money. The 4.8 rating is well-deserved! Highly recommended!
