The hotel staff could not have been more lovely and helpful - a special thanks to Alice and all of the restaurant staff, they went out of their way to help me and always with a smile. The breakfast in the morning was always fantastic, fresh and healthy.
If you’re a solo traveller wanting to unwind like I was - this is a fantastic place. It is minutes away from the beach and well equipped with a gorgeous pool that is never busy. The feel of the hotel is completely zen and really forces you to chill out. The beds are super comfortable too, and I really appreciated the spacious balcony with the gorgeous view to sunbathe and have a drink. Will definitely stay again!

Positives:
We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party.
Negatives:
While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality.
Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out.
We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables.
As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

Guest UserEverything is just fine and perfect—the hotel, the location, everything is just perfect. The people are so nice, but there was one thing missing. We had a problem with the AC, and we asked for their help twice (we needed to turn it off, and it wouldn't turn off, so we asked them). They came, checked, and then left, and they never came back or did anything. It was a little disappointing. Other than that, nothing—everything was on point.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is in a good location, very close to the Ferra station, and there is a big supermarket opposite, the price is cheap, you can replenish mineral water and snacks at any time. Others are more ordinary. The room at the time of check-in is very noisy near the road. I immediately changed the room away from the main road. The window is opposite another hotel. Sometimes there will be construction sounds in the morning. The most incredible thing about the hotel is the bathroom. There is no place to put toilet paper and bath liquid. The toilet paper is placed on the sink outside the door and the toilet can be opened. The hygiene will be cleaned every day. We stayed for four days. The breakfast is quite rich and will change the pattern every day. Standing by the pool, you can see the sea. The price is still affordable in the holy island. Service needs to be more proactive and enthusiastic.

The environment is super beautiful! Eurasian Town is worthy of being called a cat island. There are cute cats everywhere. Different cats come to accompany us for an open-air breakfast with sea view every day. It is really chilling! It has been promoted to my No.1 destination for future vacations! It’s only a dozen meters away from Santorini’s most famous photo spot, so you don’t have to queue up to take photos like other tourists, which is great!

Guest UserThe location was superb, and the clean room made for a wonderful stay. During the day, we enjoyed the beautiful harbor; in the evening, a magnificent sunset; and at night, a fantastic night view – it was almost a shame to leave the hotel.
The path to the hotel was crowded with tourists, bumpy, and involved descending steep stairs, so I think porter service is essential for anyone with large luggage such as suitcases. Thank you.

This is the best place to stay. We will use this place again if we travel to Zakynthos. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious, the facilities are clean and the pool is beautiful. Resting under the shade of an olive tree was like a dream. Thank you for everything.

The environment is very beautiful, the room facilities are also very good, and we were upgraded to a large room. Whether it is the manager or the two waiters, the service is very good. There is also a 24-hour warm water bath on the balcony, with lights, which is very beautiful, although we did not take a bath due to strong winds. The only comment is that there are too few fruits and vegetables in the breakfast, which can be improved.

Anonymous UserOverall, we had a pleasant stay and the views were beautiful. The location is very convenient — it is not right in the busiest part of Oia or near the castle, but restaurants and shops are only a few minutes’ walk away, and we could still enjoy a lovely sunset view from the property.
Communication before and during our stay was good. The host replied very quickly on WhatsApp, especially when we had some difficulty finding the exact entrance at first. Our room was a two-level suite, which was nicely designed, spacious and clean. Do note that there are quite a few steps to reach the property, so carrying large luggage can be a little tiring. There is also no breakfast included, which would have been a nice addition given the beautiful terrace and view.
The main issue we experienced was on the first night, when the drainage in the bathroom became blocked and water backed up into the room after we showered. As it was already around 11:30 pm, it could not be fixed immediately, so we had to clean up the water ourselves. The next morning, staff checked the issue and arranged for it to be repaired. It took around one to two hours, and we did not have the same problem again on the second night.
The issue was resolved, which we appreciated, although a little more follow-up afterwards would have made the service feel more complete, especially considering the price of the stay. On the positive side, they were also flexible with our check-out time as we had a transfer booked later.
Overall, the location, room and views were all very good, and our stay would have been excellent without the drainage issue.

Kima is an exceptionally warm, homey, and welcoming place to stay in Santorini. It is located in a beautiful area of Oia that is both convenient and peaceful. When we arrived near the suite from the airport, Aris, a very friendly gentleman, was already waiting to greet us after we dropped off the car and kindly helped carry our heavy luggage down the stairs to the suite. The reception staff member, Xeno, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed information about the suite, along with a helpful introduction to the map for exploring Oia.
The suite was very clean and decorated in a cozy, homely Greek style. The sofa area, bedroom, and bathroom were all thoughtfully arranged and convenient to use. Aris also served us breakfast right outside our suite, allowing us to enjoy our meal by the pool in the sunshine with soft music, which was a lovely experience.
Both the pool view and the classic Oia scenery, during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning from the suite. The housekeeping service was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable. Xeno was also very helpful in arranging different services for exploring Santorini whenever we needed. He helped us book a comfortable private car to the airport when we left, and Aris was once again there to assist us with our luggage.
Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay at Kima, creating lovely memories of Santorini. I would strongly recommend Kima to travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday!
