Good service, good service, secured campus, foods are excellent, lift is also protected without key no one can can use the lift that is interesting

The hotel has a beautiful entrance and dining area. However the rooms are quite dated and since it's in a busy part of town, you should expect to hear noose from the traffic when you're in your room. Overall, it's clean and it is relatively comfortable.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch but the restaurant closes at 10:45pm and they don't keep water bottles even to serve in the room if suppose water shortage occurs.

The room was neat and clean with good amenities and hospitality. The staff is courteous and welcoming. The hotel location is well located in a market place

I recently stayed at Erica Residence in Guwahati, and it was an exceptional experience. Resort is pretty, stay was comfortable. But service was not upto par. We had ordered evening snacks at 6 40 pm which was delivered to our room at 9 pm. We were continuously following up with room service but the only response we received was “we will let you know”. Therefore disappointed with the service.

The hotel location is slightly different from usual transit points or tourist hotels, but convenient in the city to travel about. Room ambience is ok, little bit of old world charm, a small pool - hardly functional, food is good but service is little slow.

The hotel left the most pleasant impression: huge, comfortable rooms filled with bird singing every morning. Service staff who booked all safari for us at an absolutely adequate price. Location in five minutes walk from the central entrance. From the downsides I will note only restaurants. Both. Expensive and not very delicious, breakfast is scarce. At the same time the ordered food was delicious and cheaper than the restaurant, I recommend to use this option for dinner
