The hotel left the most pleasant impression: huge, comfortable rooms filled with bird singing every morning. Service staff who booked all safari for us at an absolutely adequate price. Location in five minutes walk from the central entrance. From the downsides I will note only restaurants. Both. Expensive and not very delicious, breakfast is scarce. At the same time the ordered food was delicious and cheaper than the restaurant, I recommend to use this option for dinner

After a heavy tracking in Cherapungi and the 8th hour (summally) from Meghalai this hotel has become a real gift! A wonderful kitchen, karaoke bar, barista on the first floor; polite and professional staff. The only one, far away, of course, to Brahmaputra (even if not the traffic jams, would not have been able to get on the evening cruise). But the further way was to Kazirangu, so it is not critical. And the hotel is good - when I bring the family to Assam, we stop here! Good luck to you and prosperity!

Resort is pretty, stay was comfortable. But service was not upto par. We had ordered evening snacks at 6 40 pm which was delivered to our room at 9 pm. We were continuously following up with room service but the only response we received was “we will let you know”. Therefore disappointed with the service.

GGuest UserWell in the complimentary dinner, we werw just asked verbally what we want to eat without handing over the menu. Also we ordered dessert which we forgot to have our ice cream. We remembered while we came back to our room. The fun fact is that neither the food serving staff called nor the hotel staff reminded. Also the morning breakfast was served from 7:30, we went to eat at 8:15 am yet the breakfast was not placed in the food stations. Only cold stuff and some breads, cakes were there. Didnt like it at all

GGuest UserHi homely feeling. Staff are very humble and supportive. Food was excellent. Swimming pool water was very clean. It wasnt expected from a outdoor pool. But it was well maintained as compared to other nearby resorts. Services have improved a lot. . Kids enjoyed a lot. If possible try to add some more sports or activities for kids too.
