The Knot Hotel is conveniently positioned, within walking distance of the main walkways, The Peace Park and the river with the ferry to the island of Miyajima. The staff are all helpful and friendly and the rooms are new and modern design. The views from the room and the rooftop bar are spectacular. You will not be disappointed with your stay at the Knott Hotel.

The number of guests on the app did not match the hotel plan. However, the plan was listed as an available slot, so I should have wondered about it, but I made the reservation without thinking about it. On the day, the number of guests did not match, so I was a little flustered, but the hotel accepted it and dealt with it, which was a relief. The kaiseki dinner at night was also delicious and looked great! The location was great and we traveled by car, but there were two parking lots, so it was convenient to go to Miyajima. At night, there is a dragon boat that allows you to see Itsukushima Shrine, and it is a service that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and genders. I didn't have time to ride it this time, but next time I would like to adjust my schedule to include a private bath and use it. The guests seemed to be couples of all ages, families with small children, and business entertaining!

The room was large enough to open a big suitcase comfortably; only the bathroom was a little small, which didn’t affect its use. The view was breathtaking — I attached a photo — and waking up to that scenery every morning was a perfect for me. The shopping street is just two blocks away, and the area was quiet and convenient. The staff responded to my email very quickly and handled my requests smoothly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is larger than most of the hotels at the same price range I stayed in Japan. The price is unbelievable. I was expecting much worse experience with this price. The location is a bit difficult to reach because of the ongoing train station construction. When the station project is finished, the location will be very convenient.

The room condition was excellent, and for a single room, it felt spacious with a table, mini-sofa, and chair, which was very convenient. I also appreciated the free bicycle rental for up to 3 hours. I've had breakfast at various Vessel Hotels before and always trusted their quality, so I applied for it here. However, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast this time – the variety was limited and the taste wasn't great. I ate it for 5 days and there was almost no change, so I wouldn't recommend the breakfast. Apart from the breakfast, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and room condition.

Very grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very clean bathroom and beds. Amazing, grand entrance way. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Excellent view of the city. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc). Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs. Lovely staff with excellent English.

Very pleased with our stay here: nice room, larger than most, with a little desk/work area and a massage chair. Great shower, tub, toilet, sink combination room. Easy location to station; dining choices at the station are many, many. Hail taxi at station is easier than from hotel. Exercise room was big and beautiful but had treadmill, elliptical and a floor mat and that's all. They really need to add Swiss ball, a step-aerobics step (or two), a small rack of free weights and a couple benches, and a cable tower with attachments. Would be an exemplary fitness center! I am glad we stayed here, would stay again and would recommend to others. Did not use restaurant.

The hotel is located a bit further from the city center than what I imagined. Overall the stay was great, the room is spacious, a bit old… The breakfast was very busy (had to wait 5 min before going in), the breakfast buffet has therefore a large variety of choices. No hot chocolate though… Staff is great ! There is even complimentary drinks and cookies available. I would recommend for 1 night only

The hotel is a 2-minute walk from Hatchobori Station. It is located in the most prosperous area of ​​Hiroshima. It is a 3-minute walk to the shopping street and a 5-minute walk to Parco. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs on the top floor. The room is not big, but very practical. The air conditioning is very strong. The reception is on the 13th floor. There are daily necessities in the lobby. The hotel entrance is a little hidden. When you arrive, walk to the end and there is a hidden door. It will open automatically as long as you get close.
