We stayed there for one night. It's a apartment/hotel. The room was a decent size without the kitchenette area. Super clean, friendly and helpful staff as a usual Lebanese hospitality. It's located right in front of Falamanki and Bay Rock restaurant. The location is perfect and close to a lot of place, it takes 12 minutes walk to Hamra Street.

A good hotel to have a break from sightseeing and night life. A lot of places around to have a breakfast or snack. Close to Hamra street The staff is helpful in almost all aspects Had a bad luck while going to empty bar on rooftop which actually should be a good place to hang out in the hotel

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Exceptional Stay — Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely amazing stay. The room was spotless, the corners were perfectly clean, and the floor was shining the moment I walked in. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The toilets were very tidy, clean, and organized, which added a lot to the comfort of the stay. The hotel is safe, quiet, and in the best location in Hamra, just steps away from AUBMC, restaurants, and all main attractions. Great value, great service, and truly exceptional cleanliness. Honestly, a 10/10 stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again.

Basic facilities. Room is deluxe but old and needs to reflect more brightness and cleanliness. Compared to the international level, the hotel needs to step up on the cleanliness and quality control. The support was good and the efforts were appreciated but the hotel management needs to invest more to meet up with the international equivalent rate per night. Noting that the conditions of the country are currently defying and keeping up with the basic services is nearly impossible, and the hotel managed to provide the basics from water/hot water, electricity and A/C almost 24/7. Can order outside delivery to the room. Suitable for competitive rates, and customers intending to spend time outdoors as for travelers, young tourists, and regional customers.

Waited about 30 minutes to check in. After checking in, I found there was no water in the bathroom, so I called maintenance. The tap water had a strange salty taste, and my facial cleanser wouldn't lather. The safe broke twice and wasn't fixed properly either time. The room's soundproofing is terrible; one night, young people in the next room were making noise until 2 AM. I had to call the front desk for help, but then they started up again at 5 AM. The location is in an older central area of Beirut, but now there are many Syrian refugees living there, making it feel a bit dirty and chaotic.

Many thanks to the manager-supervisor Ahmad. Without his help, I would have been in a very difficult situation. I had a business in Beirut and he gave me all the necessary information about SIM cards, the Internet, how to use Google maps offline, where to buy the chocolate I needed, and even offered me a guide around Beirut. Moreover, Ahmad personally arranged with the chocolate shops, and I just had to come and buy what I needed. I am very grateful to him!!!

The location at the hotel is good, the room liked, breakfast for three, every day the same, humus and sauces are acid, eggs are wet. There was also a displeasant situation that turned out when we had already evicted. The safe in the room didn't work and we left the wallet under the things. And later found out that it was not enough $100. Nowhere except in the hotel they could not go missing. So I advise everyone to be vigilant, no money in the room to leave and insist on a correct safe. Apparently the room service staff is unfair.

Excellent hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is convenient, the facilities are well maintained, and everything was organized perfectly. The stay was relaxing from check-in to check-out. Didn't expect much from the hotel. Very modest, no bathroom amenities (shampoo, etc.), only shower gel in a dispenser. I had to ask for an iron, as it seems to be the only one for the whole hotel. Very high humidity, the bed always felt damp. I asked for a non-smoking room, yes, it was written on the floor that the floor was non-smoking. But when I just went into the room, the feeling was that a company of 10 people had just smoked there. There was also an ashtray - accordingly, it is assumed that you can smoke .. Bed linen was changed the day before departure. Once I bought breakfast, also very modestly, there is no choice ... The hotel itself is right in Hamra, close to many shops, restaurants, close (walking 15 minutes) to Zaituna Bay. The staff is very friendly, they always tried to fulfill the wishes quickly. In general, if you are only going to sleep, then it’s fine.
