The location of the hotel is incredible! It is just beside the main station exit. The place was in pristine condition, very spacious and the staff extremely polite. The only down side is that it doesn't have a restaurant in which you could have breakfast. There are alot of great places to eat nearby but that would be a bonus.

This hotel is genuinely great. There's a dedicated passage directly from the JR station to the hotel, so you don't even need an umbrella if it's raining. Dining is incredibly convenient too; there are all sorts of restaurants in the commercial area right downstairs, from ramen to coffee. Everything is perfect!

KEIRIN HOTEL 10 by Onkochishin @ Tamano Keirin Velodrome I stayed for three nights, specifically to coincide with the Summer Night Festival GII night races. This 8-story hotel is uniquely situated right at the first corner of the Tamano Keirin Velodrome. Its exterior is brightly colored, reminiscent of Keirin uniforms. During race events, floors 3 to 6 serve as dormitories for the athletes, while floors 7 and 8 are dedicated to guest rooms. Without a doubt, the ability to watch Keirin races directly from your guest room's terrace is an unparalleled experience! And when it's a GII race featuring star athletes, the excitement level is truly off the charts! Looking straight down from the terrace, you get a unique, bird's-eye perspective of the athletes as they navigate the first corner. Furthermore, staying in the very same building as the athlete dorms makes this a one-of-a-kind hotel – a true dream come true for any Keirin enthusiast. Even the room amenities, such as slippers and hangers, are thoughtfully designed with Keirin and bicycle motifs, adding to the overall thrill. Access to the velodrome is incredibly convenient: simply take the hotel elevator down to the 2nd floor, follow the passage, and it leads directly to the velodrome's FORQ restaurant. Passing through the restaurant takes you straight into the velodrome itself. This is an absolute must-stay hotel for any Keirin fan!

In terms of traditional Japanese-style hotels, the point of this hotel is really nothing to say. It is very suitable for experiencing the Edo scenery of Kurashiki. You can take a walk and take pictures and go shopping directly out of the hotel in the evening. It is highly recommended to come here, be sure to stay for a day to experience it. And the men who served at the evening counter were very enthusiastic about the hotel's architecture and history. They also invited us to the banquet reception room on the second floor, and were shocked by the huge wooden beam. Such enthusiasm and hospitality, a wonderful time and a wonderful experience.

The location is great. Unfortunately, it was raining so we couldn't take a walk in the museum garden. They provided umbrellas which was helpful. It was a very cold day so it would have been nice to have a large public bath. Overall, it was very good.

It is a bit far from the station (taxi 2300 yen), and the terrain is slightly higher, so you can see Okayama Castle in the distance. Very quiet, the room is spacious and clean, and there is a public open-air bath (paid). Typical wedding/conference hotel. Breakfast was until 10:00, and when we arrived at the restaurant at 9:15, there was not much food left. When I was leaving, I bought a Bizen-yaki Momotaro at the front desk. Since each Bizen-yaki is different, I asked to pick one from two, but was refused. ...Being very polite and well-behaved does not mean having a service spirit.

The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?

Located on Mt. Washu in Kojima, the views are absolutely stunning, offering panoramic sights of the Seto Inland Sea bridges. It's very close to Washuzan Highland Amusement Park, and they provide a shuttle service back to Kojima Station. The rooms are quite spacious by Japanese standards, and there's also a hot spring bath (onsen) available. While it's a bit on the pricey side, the service is impeccable.

GGuest UserI stayed at this cabin hotel for two nights to visit Naoshima Island and it was a truly great experience. If you are looking for a unique and high-quality stay, I highly recommend it. The Highlights: • Service & Food: The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. A huge standout was the breakfast, it was exceptionally fresh and delicious! • The Cabin: For a ”cabin” style accommodation, the space felt surprisingly roomy. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept quite well. Addressing the ”Security” Concern: Before booking, I was a bit hesitant because of previous reviews mentioning that the cabins do not lock. However, after staying there, I didn't find this to be an issue at all. I never felt unsafe and it didn't take away from the experience. Good to Know: The only thing to be aware of is that since it is a shared sleeping hall, you can hear some noise from other guests. However, in my experience, it was still a very pleasant and calm environment. I honestly have nothing negative to say, it’s a perfect spot for travelers heading to the art islands!

WWK.CThe scenery is so beautiful, very comfortable and first-class service! The proprietress and the driver staff are kind and friendly! If you buy a jrpass, you can make an appointment to pick up and drop off. It’s free at Kurayoshi Station and highway tolls at Tsuyama Station, but it’s worth it. Time is money. I gave a small gift before I finally left, looking forward to going again next time!
