The hotel's room looked beautiful, and we had a sharp smell when we entered. I realized that the smell came from the bathroom after a sticking smell, and every time I entered into the toilet or the bathroom needed it, I was seriously infected. We were going to get up late morning because we came by the night, but Arab customers in the side room shouted on the phone It was poisoned as he spoke. (The walls are thin, the voice of the workers and the hosts comes from the doors)

We truly enjoyed our stay at Maritimo Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The manager (unfortunately, I forgot his name) helped us book a tour, and Fatma was always there to lend a helping hand whenever we had questions. The room offered a lovely sea view and was spacious enough for three people. We really appreciate the warm hospitality of the people of Trabzon.

The view is beautiful, and the room is classic and its design is plain and somewhat old. Those who are interested in staying at a hotel, I advise them to book in the hotel, but for those who are interested in the beauty of the room and the beauty of the design, I do not recommend renting with them.

It was very pleasant to stay in general. The hotel's location is very short for taxi transport to the airport and to the city centre (the Square), and taxi charges are *** reasonable. If you want to walk, it takes about an hour, which is a distance to make *** meat.
My room was clean and the view was very beautiful, even gentle and upgraded my room type. But I have to address one point: although the vast majority of staff are lazy, a staff member has targeted me and has been very tight with unnecessary questions because only the appearance of a staff member is different. I think this is wrong and, to be honest, this has caused me to feel unrestful and nervous every time I go to the lobby.
In short, I couldn't stay outside this unsatisfactory experience ***meat was good and the location of the hotel is a great advantage.

The hotel has a great location. I had a suite and it was comfortable and clean inside the rooms. However, there was a bad smell in the corridor on the fifth floor, and I think it was because of the mattresses. Also, the sound insulation in the rooms is poor. You can hear the sounds of the rooms next to you and the sounds of the corridors. Overall, it's good.

Everything is perfect,
The location is a bit far from the center and above a hill, need a car to reach the hotel but the view is amazing.
Room is big, clean and the bed is comfortable.

Both the facilities and the service attitude are very good, especially when I arrived on the first day, I was immediately provided with an extra breakfast. Secondly, the staff can speak English, which is not easy in Trabzon. Then it is really close to the airport

I was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them. Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent. Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels. I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time. Overall its ok & passable.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Garden View House is located up n steep hill - if you have luggage and arrive without a vehicle , this might be a problem. Mahmet, who is the caretaker, might be able to organize a taxi for you if you arrive via bus. The map on the site will lead you to the house - there is no name plate on the house and as I arrived in heavy snow it was very confusing. The room is comfortable with great views. Mahmet is a very kind and supportive man that will help you with whatever he can. The owners respond quickly and are very nice.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby. It’s especially convenient if you’re planning day trips to northern Trabzon areas such as Rize and Uzungöl, or even Batumi, Georgia. You can easily coordinate with local tour companies for pickup right across the street from cevehar Mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel. The only downside was the breakfast during the last two days of my stay — there was no buffet breakfast, and instead, they served set plates. I believe this was because there were not enough guests in the hotel at that time. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel

Excellent, friendly service with large, clean and comfortable room and bed. Really convenient and walkable for airport but a minibus ride from the centre of Trabzon. The shower was also spacious, the water hot and two shower heads available. The lounge was comfortable though I didn't need to use it. My only gripe was that I found the underfloor heating a little warm for my taste and would have preferred controllable air conditioning. I only had the buffet breakfast once and it was good, well presented and varied but a little cool once plated. I would recommend this hotel to others.

GGuest UserThe room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.
