"It was a unique hotel. Green surroundings, yet right in the middle of the city. We had high tea, which was very good. The only minor drawback was that the sweets were all white chocolate mousse, so a bit more variety in the sweet options would have made it even better for us. Something like a macaron or a praline, for example, but otherwise, no complaints. Breakfast was amazing. I'm not sure if I'd say it was worth 60 euros per person, but it was very good. The service was also excellent. They even walked us to our room. We were given an accessible room, though I'm not sure why, but an adjustable bed wasn't a bad thing at all."

"The hotel was exactly as I expected it, the water fountains on each floor were a nice touch! The swimming pool is lovely and the sauna/steam rooms are grand. There is a garage with a great food court next door if you don't want to pay for the restaurant food. Overall a decent 4 Star Hotel with better than average leisure facilities."

"We loved our stay at the Sapphire House! The room was very clean, spacious and beautifully designed. We also loved the location as it is was centrally located in Antwerp, yet on a quiet street. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
