"My expectation was originally low because of other review and the picture from previous reviewers. But then I arrived, the bunk bed have a curtain, which is nice cause from the picture looks like bare. On of the window cant be and the toilet seems doesn have proper ventilator except for only the window (thank god it can be opened, though the people could really doesnt bother to open after doing their business. So the smell lingers and even came into the room). Not to mentioned, whenever people eat and leave the food (in my case- they left yoghurt on the table where you can sit in the room. It smells so bad)
I was so surprised the fact that theres no towel provided(so do bring yours if you planned to stay here) and you have to set up your bedsheet.
I saw people said its loud here because its near to the train but so far thats not the problem. I faced with people in the room itself that being are loud and dont even bother to use earphones while watching video. Especially 1am and 4am in the morning. No common sense at all?
The staffs are so nice and friendly."
Checked in very late but the receptionist was very nice. Hotel lobby looks refreshing and a great space to chill in. Corridors upstairs wide, room clean, comfortable and simple. This may not be a hotel for a longer term stay, but for a few nights, location and price, it's pretty perfect - would definitely stay here again.
Hotel Indigo’s location is excellent, it’s practically next to the central station and is easy to travel to any attractions. The service is great with superb breakfast options. The room is clean and very welcoming, a great place to stay in Antwerp!
Highly recommended for those who want to have a good access to the city centre of Antwerp. The WiFi is great and well connected. The room is very comfortable and clean too. Easy access to the public transport system and restaurants. The convenience store is located on the next door. Enjoyed staying at this hotel.
Very good and comfort stay . Our room was very comfort and had a well equipped kitchen with everything you need for long stay . The rooms are cleaned only once a week but no problem to get clean towels or any other amenities if needed . It is a few minutes walk from Antwerp station and you could choose dinner from many places . There is also nice breakfast served in the place - we tried twice and really enjoy
This format uses bullet points to make the key strengths pop, which is extremely helpful for readers scanning reviews quickly. The Aparthotel Antwerp was perfect for our working vacation. Here’s what made our stay exceptional: • Ideal for Remote Work: Two spacious tables provided an excellent and comfortable workspace. • All the Essentials: The well-equipped kitchen and on-site laundry were incredibly convenient. • Super-Comfortable Bed: We slept wonderfully in the very cozy and comfortable bed. • Beautiful Mornings: Waking up to the sunrise from our window was a serene way to start each day. • Outstanding Service: The staff provided a smooth early check-in, which was a lifesaver after our journey. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
The hotel is very central and a short walk from the main station and street filled with restaurants and bars! We enjoyed staying here so much , we extended our stay! The hotel is nice and clean and has the necessary amenities. It is a short walk to the historical old town.
Super General manager, Super hosts, I would definitely book this hotel again and again if the service and terms would be the same. Central located, check-in procedure was easy. Bar with snacks/food/drinks was a excetional service :) Tip The bathroom smell - Can be solved to change/clean the drain/sifon. Tip: Airconditioning was'nt there or the instructions to put the airconditioning on was unclear. The room was too hot to sleepwell. Opening windows was a solution but then the sound of the voices among the streets was too loud. Tip: Lack of service with our booking. While I was trying to pay in advance. There was a pop-up message that mu room with breakfast wasnt available. But the payment process was still ongoing. After that, I saw I booked a Superior Room without Breakfast. I was paying more for what I wanted in first instance. There was no solution from the Hotel and/or Trip.com.
We booked the penthouse flat and it was a beautiful big room - with a living room/kitchen, bedroom and separate shower and toilet (all nice and large). We had a private balcony as well which was very nice, but the door could be stiff and difficult to open and close. The shower was large, came with hair dryer. The flat got quite hot at times and you could sometimes hear noise from other rooms but this never disturbed our sleep or anything like that. We enjoyed using cooking facilities; we had a 4-ring hob and a microwave oven which worked for most cooking we wanted to do. There was also a fancy coffee machine in the cupboard that we never ended up using. We had hotel breakfast on all our mornings - it was quite expensive, but there was nice coffee served, juices, fruits, cereals, pastries, bread, cheese, cold cuts and hot pancakes with eggs and bacon. It filled us up nicely for a day of adventuring. If I were to stay here again I probably wouldn't get the breakfast - just save money and eat on the balcony in the morning instead. You are also allowed to take just coffee for 2€ if you don't have a breakfast as well which is a good option. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed staying here - it was pleasant, clean and warm, and had all the facilities we wanted, for a good price.
